Was not even intending to buy but I can not say enough about sales associate Zach and his floor manager Alex. These guys did everything they could to make this item available to me in a way that I could not pass by. They gave me the best package deal in the industry and started me on a line of credit with an affordable payment schedule. I will never even question if Best buy would be where I make my next purchase even if item is available elsewhere. These quality individuals felt more like old friends than people trying to make a sale.The product quality is great but the people I dealt with on my purchase were even better. Any time I need to make a future purchase I will consult with Zach and Alex first. If I happen to be in town I will probably even stop in just to say hi. Best Buy has the best products and even better people.

I really like all of the settings this washer has-from Speed Wash to the Sanitary setting, I have used them all!

Have had the washer for a couple months now and I have no complaints. This washer is more quiet than my previous front loader which was 10 years old. The unit is setting on tile under a wooden subfloor without any vibration issues. What can I say.. its quiet and cleans really well. Good buy for the money.

The washer looks great and has a cycle for every wash possible. The noise level is very low and washes clothes flawlessly. This washer got horrible red wine stains out of white sheets.

These appliances have greatly improved our laundry experience. They're worth every penny, and clean well, operate fairly quietly, and have many features you'll actually use. We've had them now for two months, and would buy again.

Washer has lots of features, looks great, and was a very reasonable price for a front loader. It has a magnet that keeps the door propped open so water can evaporate from the door seal which prevents mildew. Also has a large capacity- it fit a queen size comforter with no problem.

Our new LG front-load washer works like a dream. It saves water, washes better and is so much quieter than the old top loader. It has definitely improved life in our home!

This washer thoroughly cleans and rinses detergent out of clothes. Many options to customize for any type of material or special washing instructions. It is also very quiet!

I love the stylish shape and color. I've wanted a front loading washing machine forever. When our old unit finally died, we jumped at this one. Someone else had it cheaper, but Best Buy price mated it no problem. Clothes come out clean and we love the little jingle it plays when clothes are done. Highly recommend. Side note, my husband doesnt really think it helped the electrical bill go down any...

This is a replacement for another LG which had a problem with the drum. So far it meets all expectations and does a good job at cleaning clothes and the 12-cycles makes it easy to set it for the items being washed. The steam cycle is great for towels and items you want to ensure are clean. The spin cycle is excellent... Saves on drying time!!!

Simply love this washer it does a great job far better than the maytag front loader it replaced. Clothes are cleaner machine is far quiter overall fantastic

Love the multiple programs and different options in each program, adjustable temperature, spinning speed etc… It's very quiet and energy efficient. I love that it indicates the remaining time to end the program and that you can customize the settings.

I love all of the preset options on this washing machine. It makes laundry so much easier. I like that I can pick a cycle for whites, towels, sanitation, allergen, bulk, etc. This device detects the load and determines how much water to use and how long to wash the load for. It also notifies us when the load is done. It is easy to clean out the trap. I like the ease of adding detergent, bleach, or fabric softener. I don't dread the laundry as much anymore and it is a larger capacity than my last washer so I can get more done at one time.

Very easy to operate, my cloths come out so clean and almost completely dry. I like only having to put a small amount of detergent in the tray, yet it gets the cloths so clean.

This LG steam washer has so many features that anyone could use it. The noise level is so low I don't know it is running and it is energy efficient. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the greatest washer. The 15 minute quick wash, quiet operation and large capacity as well as the 12 cycles, its just great all around.

Love it. Very quiet, pleasant done signal. I love that it figures out the load size for how much water to use.

Better than the Kenmore i had before. Solid, does the job well.
