I had to get a new washer due to my other breaking down, so I was in a hurry & looking for the best washer in my budget. I came across this model after a little research. After reading the reviews, I got it. I'm happy with it. It's quiet, cleans well, and takes pretty big loads. I've no complaints. Doesn't have all bells & whistles as far as features go, but gets the job done well.

I looked at the review and it does what I needed. Great for the price.

Has a good wash but have had issues with the door leaking.

I have used it a number of times already and am very pleased with the ease of use and number of washing options. Delivery was excellent. They contacted me within a 30 minute window and arrived within 20.

Had a problem with the soap dispenser, but was fixed in one day with new part sent to home. No problem since, working very well.

I bought this unit because I had a space limitation and most of the other units were much too big to fit. This unit fit in the space available, but still has a much larger capacity than the one I replaced. So far everything works great and the wife is happy!

This is compact and yet roomy and fairly quiet. Quieter than my last washer.

Easy to use. Plenty of wash options. But takes a lot longer time to wash on factory presets then my previous washer.

Love this washer. Was worried, the first time I used it, because it would not pull much water. Then realized, it does sense the load, and then add only as much water as needed. Clothes come out clean, good smelling and almost dry, shortening the dryer time. Yes, it does take a good while to finish, but so totally worth it. Of course I keep the door and the dispenser open, so I won't get any mold.

A++++ approval appliance was great and operates very easily.

Checked out all the reviews and this seemed to have a good balance of good to excellent reviews with all the cycles and other options that we felt necesary and then some. Plus independent reviews indicate that LG is one of the brands with the least problems and lowest repair rate. We bought it, arranged delivery and are quite pleased. Our salesperson was easy to deal with, gave us good advise and made the decision painless. Delivery went fine but we did have to call them to come back since they left machine unbalanced. They all took the tool for balancing the machine (a wrench for the feet of the machine) with them when they left. Otherwise we would have done it ourselves. But the machine is great, we are pleased with our purchase.
