Pretty sure sounds good but mines came with a defect.

After purchasing my sound bar, it suddenly stopped working within 30 days. I called LG and within 5 minutes they stated that the sound bar was okay and my 65" brand new Sony TV was the fault. They referred me to Sony. Upon calling Sony, the conducted a thorough assessment and even wirelessly remote into my TV and confirmed that my TV which was less than 30 days old was working perfectly and referred me back to LG. Again, LG denied the problem was with the sound bar. After getting frustrated I took the sound bar back to Best Buy and all they wanted to do was to send for repair back to LG. This has been a bad experience and I do not recommend purchasing this sound bar.

I could not get the item to work. I tried the Opitical connection and then the HDMI (arc) connection. I kept getting "Please Wait" message on the soundbar display screen. I read instructions carefully and found how to reset the machine, but it would not reset. I returned the item yesterday.

I first bought a Samsung J6500 and wasn't happy with the sound. Returned it and bought the LG. What a huge difference. The 6500 sounds like an AM radio compared to this one. Easy return and great experience with Best Buy.

Have everything hooked up to my new LG OLED wall mounted TV with everything integrated and working great. Perfect for full room sound, short of a booming surround sound solution.

Audio is clear, subwoofer is low. High and trebble is loud, but mids are lacking and not rich. Subwoofer is low and not as rich as it should for movies, music or TV. It is just a bit louder than TV.

Very impressed with the quality of this soundbar for the price.

Subwoofer cuts out constantly and Bluetooth is discoverable and unsecured. My neighbor keeps hijacking the Bluetooth and the soundbar switches from the optical connection to Bluetooth and my movie sound becomes Reggae music :-( when I do get sound from my tv - the bass cuts out at least once every minute or two for about 3 seconds. TERRIBLE customer service. They will not fix it or replace it. DO NOT BUY IT!

The sound is tinny, suffocated, and does not fill a medium sized room. The dialogue is clear, and woofer is loud, but it does not sound cinematic, full, deep, or engaging. It basically sounds like you flipped your TV speakers to face forward, but there is no surround effect at all, in any of the modes. I purchased a cheap $300 surround sound set 10 years ago and decided to upgrade to this bar thinking the virtual sound would be an improvement for blu-ray and 4k movies. I quickly realized my old, cheap surround sound has better quality than this bar. I will be returning this device. If you are looking for a soundbar that will boost your home cinematic experience, this is not a good choice. If you want a bar for blue tooth apps, music, etc, I'm sure this will do a fine job.
