Overall good sound, highs lows dialoge bass. Just not jaw dropping. Unless you want to spend thousands to get draw dropping, definetely recommend this one.

I got this at a heavy discount whenever I bought an lg oled tv and it definitely sounds better than the tv, but the sound just doesn’t quite hit right. You definitely don’t want to run the sound via Bluetooth from the tv as it introduces a significant lag. The form factor is great though and the bass hits really nicely.

Overall, I am pleased with this setup. I got it thrown in @ a bundle price when I purchased the OLED65C7P. It gives my living room plenty of audio and anymore would be overkill. If you have an open concept home, this thing will really carry the audio well. Will state the mid and low ends are the highlights as the crisp treble, higher pitched noises, can get lost in there a bit. Being said, I wasn't about to spend anymore money so this was just fine for me. Good combo!

I had a Bose system before I bought the LG system and it’s amazing the sound quality the ease of use and it’s also Bluetooth make my life easy specially for for playing music when I have company over.

This came free with the purchase of an LG OLED TV. I like the low profile, and the sound is just perfect for the size of my bedroom. I have no need to look for anything more expensive.

Have had this sound bar for over year and while I love how slim it is i wish I had gone with the thicker Atmos version. Sound is good and will do the job but the sound tears at higher levels. If your going for looks this sound bar is great but if your in need of a in home theater sound system then this one is not a good pick.

THE LG SJ8 sound bar has really good sound and was easy to set-up. Pairing the included subwoofer was seamless and practically automatic.

The LG guy at my local store was awesome and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and awesome sound!

This soundbar is one of the best out there for price it's well worth it nice sound and easy to use.

I purchased this soundbar along with the 65 LG OLED. Audio sounded good, but ran into a couple of issues. First the audio wasn’t syncing with the video. Tried the settings on the tv and sound bar individually and together but couldn’t get them to sync 100%. Also the subwoofer would occasionally lose connection to soundbar. The room is a standard bedroom so there wasn’t any great deal of distance between the 2. It’s a good value if you purchase in a bundle, but I wouldn’t purchase it at the full retail price.

I reviewed numerous sound bars at various price levels and found the LG to be the best fit for my needs. I especially liked the fact that I got a special price as I bought it with my TV. If you are looking for good sound for general watching and/or even movies you can't go wrong with this unit. If you are an audiophile, then you probably wouldn't use a sound bar at all and go with a higher end surround sound system.
