Sound quality is average! Thus far I haven't been all that impressed with this sound bar. It tends to provide an echo sound which as not what I expected but I'm not a tech geek so it's possible I have this on the wrong setting.

My wife bought me this sound bar for my 30th bday in April had to bring it back to best buy by early May because it kept shutting off. Best Buy had to send it out to get it fixed. It is now the end of June and they are still waiting for LG to send parts. I was told mid July is the earliest I'll get it back. I will never buy another LG product again, their customer service is official . I am a SamSung man. What annoys me the most is my wife was going to get me a cheaper SamSung sound bar but the best buy sales person talked her into buy the more expensive LG one because he said it was the "best one" on the market. Doesn't look that way.

The product is great and sounds clear, customer service guy was good but failed to ask to add the points to me for the purchase. Only later did remember about that.

I was never a fan of sound bars until I decided to give this one a try. At a great open box price. I found a great sound bar. It took a little work to get it connected to my home network but once I did. WOW. Still having a little trouble with tv connections holding but I will contact LG for that

I love music and this Soundbar gives me more to love. It works well with my devices and I enjoy streaming directly from my phone.

This sound bar and woofer offer theatre quality sound. The first movie I watched using it made me feel like I was in the movie itself. It's crystal clear even at high volumes.

I picked up this sound bar with wireless sub and it's a great set up. With the multiple sound settings, it makes it really cool to adjust based on what's being watched.

For price was good I don't think you can get better without going to Bose price

I bought it open box. No remote. No need buttons easy to navigate.

This sound bar quit working after 1 year. We contacted LG and Best Buy and neither would repair as it was over the 1 year warranty. It would cost over $350 to repair, yet we paid $400 one year earlier to purchase the item. Ended up recycling it back to Best Buy.

One of the best purchases i made, bought on deal of the day and was blown away by how much nass the subwoofer produces
