This washer is easy to use, many features that are all easy to understand, very quiet when in use and the anti-vibration system built in actually works. Always get the Geek Squad in-home protection though, just in case. Last washer wasn't a Best Buy purchase and it cost more for the part than it did for the whole thing new. Let alone service and the cost of the diagnostics check. I am very happy with this washer and don't plan on buying another one for a very long time.

This washer provides tons of options in terms of settings, is silent and very effective. The wash quality is quite good. It is very spacious inside and loading is comfortable.

I bought this washer to replace my 15 year old HE front loader. I knew that I wanted an HE machine, but no longer wanted a front loader. The clothes smell "clean" when they come out of the washer. I'm also impressed with the spin cycle at the end, because the clothes feel sort of "dry" (not left with rinse water). It took a little bit of time getting use to the buttons, determining what cycle was best for the respective loads, and properly loading the washer for good balance. The washing loads seem to take longer than my former washer, but I am so pleased with the final product that it makes up for the little bit of extra time. So far, so good!

This machine is great. I bought it because of all the excellent ratings and I wanted to be able to wash my king size comforters without having to take them to the cleaners. It has a huge tub. By huge-I mean HUGE. Some of the reviews online were from short people like myself (5'2), and they couldn't reach the bottom of the tub to get out socks and such. I can reach the big stuff but I use a small step stool to get the smaller items. It might be a deal breaker for some but not a big issue for me. Also I make my own low dissing laundry soap and I can use it in this machine. Love being able to wash big items. Happy customer!!

Works great. You can use the default setting or set one of many optional settings. Does not use much water even with a large load. Plays a nice tune when the laundry is done. Quiet too!

Since purchasing this washer, I have been nothing but extremely pleased, and happy with it. It's capacity is great. It did take a bit getting used to having a washer again, the pre load automated check, but all in all this is for the price the best washer I have ever used so far.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! Its very easy to use. It has cut my dryer time in half. Had to replace a Maytag because my son left a nail in his pocket, the nail went into a hole and then tore up the outside the tub which was plastic. I have a friend who investigated different brands and he loves the LG Brand. I would have to put jeans in the dryer for 140 minutes to dry them. Since I bought this washer i can dry jeans in 70 minutes or less. Shows how well it rings the water out of our clothes.It also sings to you when the clothes are done.

Recently purchased a LG Smart drum washing machine. Absolutely love this washing machine. Extremely quiet. I love the selection of cycles and special uses you can choose as well as the soil level options for the washer machine temperatures. I would recommend this washing machine

I love this washer! It is really quiet, gets the clothes clean, and spins all the water out of the clothes. Our last washer was less than 3 years old and was very noisy, didn't get our clothes clean, put holes in our clothes, and didn't spin all the water out of the clothes. The fact that I can't reach the bottom of this washer is a minor inconvenience that I am willing to put up with because I love everything else about this machine!

Very happy with this washer.We have a well.This unit doesn't,require a large amount of water to wash items.It is quiet and does a superb job of cleaning my families clothes.

This is a great washer if you're looking for something cheap, extremely quet, and still capable of fitting a king size compforter in it. Downside is there aren't that many wash cycles to choose from, so if you have things that require steam cleaning or are dry clean only, then this won't do that. For everyone else this is great.

It works great. I haven't had a new washing machine in a long time. Love the pleasant music notification when its done. I was a little disappointed in the noise level of the machine when it's running.

Quiet, efficient & good looking. Controls up front make it more user friendly. Only drawback is it's difficult for a shorter person to remove clothes from the very bottom of the drum. Originally concerned about the glass top but actually quite like it.

Really like this washer very easy to set up and use. Gets clothes clean and fresh. The advanced settings really come in handy and performs well with bigger bulkier loads.

Machine runs very quiet. With the clear lid on top. we loved watching it work when we first got it. Call me lazy, but I love the fact I can just dump the clothes in, instead of fixing them around that thing in the middle of older machines. Overall, we love it.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on a clothes washer but I love my new washing machine. I like the big tub that has enough room for all of my kid clothes. It is also a very quiet machine, a little bit of humming is all we hear. Great for atypically loud kids who do not have noise to try to talk over. Still debating and saving for the matching dryer.

I needed more capacity and was happy to see this unit provided that capacity in about the same footprint. I was a little hesitant coming from an older conventional unit to the HE unit. So far, so good as I have not experienced anything other than a great washer.

we bought this machine to replace a maytag bravos with which we were never satisfied. This LG is very quiet. The wash cycle is long. It does a great job of rinsing items leaving no soap residue on workout clothing. As with all HE machines, I wish it added a bit more water in the tub when washing but that is their nature. The tub is very deep and it is potentially challenging to remove items in the bottom for those who are vertically challenged. :) Overall, a good machine.

We chose this washer after reading many online reviews from different sites. Our main prerequisite was a quiet system with a laundry room adjacent to the living room/bedrooms. The only noise we notice from this machine is the water draining. We really like it!
