I read lots of reviews on this washer before purchasing, and the results were all over the place. I took a chance and went with my gut, and I'm glad I did, best washer I'ver ever owned! I wash large bulky comforters and rugs with no problems. The cycles offer plenty of great options. So quiet, you forget you have a load in, and most importantly, it uses very little detergent! Love it!

I knew the machine was highly rated, but I was hesitant to purchase because other users had reported load balance problems. I've only had to correct an unbalanced load once in about 1 month of use. Wash quality is great and so is the capacity. The machine cleans our clothes very well. The wash cycles are longer than I'm used to, but I haven't seen an energy or water bill yet to see if there is much difference from our previous bills. We are very satisfied with this product.

Highly recommended product from LG! Can't beat a washer that plays a tune when your clothes are clean, very fast cycles (plenty of cycles to choose from as well), minimal water usage and energy star all in one. We've had it now for over a month and no issues, hope to keep it that way; delivery guys were good, but beware of hook-up limitations if you don't buy new hoses from Best Buy!

Great washer for the price! Clothes are clean and washer is efficient. Lots of choices in water temperature and levels! Tub pretty deep, so if you are a short person you would have to reach!

I had a front load washer before and this one is so much better. It holds more clothes and the washer never has that stale stinky smell that the front loader did. I highly recommend this washer.

I got this product on a very good deal and reviewing its functionality I decided to given it a try which I did not regret because not only is it energy efficient I also notice that the machine does not need to have over flowing amount of water in the drum. It is also very easy to distributte the laundry detergent and the fabric softener distributes very well to the laundry

This washer is fantastic. The controls give me tons of options. It's quiet when it runs and it ends with its happy little melody which is non-obtrusive. I didn't know how poorly my prior washer cleaned clothes until I got this one...things are brighter, smell better, less wrinkles. I also like that there is very little lint showing up in the dryer, which means to me that the washer isn't beating my clothes to death and they should last longer. I would choose this product again!

LG has been number one for over 8 years...and that is why I purchased an LG. The other reason is, it has a 10 year warranty and I love the front control panel. It is also very easy to use.

This is not only the best washer I've ever owned, it's the best washer I've ever even used. Highly recommend. Only tip would be to ensure you take time to level properly if you will DYI install.

This is my first LG appliance and I am impressed! The workmanship is impeccable. And, easy to use! The laundry came out fine, no muss or fuss.

Awesome! Love this washer. Actually able to do my laundry now. Love the little tune it plays upon powering off and on and i love the capacity. Way better than our old standard washer and dryer.

this washer is perfect. its got a large bin which fits big loads like blankets and can wash dilicates just as well as towels, jeans, or shoes.

I absolutely love this washer! There isn't an odor like my front loader had and the cycles are much quicker. The clothes come out clean and it very rarely goes off balance. When it has, it stops itself and gives you a code of OB, you lift the lid, move a few items and off it goes. I really like the variety of cycles it has, including the bulky bedding cycle and the soak cycle. I will definitely buy the dryer when ours needs replacing. Thank you LG for a great product!

I wanted a top loader and am quite happy with that part of it but it's really deep. I'm 5'5" and I find myself on my tip toes to get to the bottom. Otherwise it's great!

This product replaced a front loader; so happy I switched. No more mold smell which is common with front loaders. The LG is quiet and the drum doesn't vibrate the entire house, which used to scare my child. Even with the lack of much water due to this being a high efficiency washing machine, my clothes smell great and stains get out just fine. I highly recommend this product.

My front load washer stopped working, so we decided to buy a brand new one instead of paying for the maintenance of the old one. this time, we bought a top loader and I am happy with it.

The washer is loaded with options for adjusting the load size, amount of water used, even how soiled clothes are. The tub is huge. We do out king sized comforters with no problem. So far it's been a great washer! It's so quiet that I check to see if it's still going.

I love my washer. It is great and can load a ton of laundry. My husband is no longer complaining about the laundry not being done. Yay!

This is a fantastic washer for the money. Following the fill capacity for detergent, I now use half the detergent I was using and my loads are nearly double the size. I love the features and front controls. Very simple up operate as the machine goes through a load sensing sequence in the beginning of each load to determine how much is in there etc and sets itself accordingly or if you want special washing instruction it's just a push of the button. Some other reviewers complained about off balance loads but in 30+ loads since I got this machine, I have not had a single off balance. I suspect these people with this issue are just carrying their cloths basket to the washer and dumping the clothes straight in because there's no center spindle to get in the way. You still need to place clothes in there strategically so you don't wind up with all the jeans and sweatshirts on one side. That must just be operator error on those other reviewers. My clothes all come out clean and I am a construction worker so I come home with some DIRTY clothes. Not once have I noticed my clothes not being clean enough! I just use the proper cycle for extra dirty clothes. I do notice the washes take longer than they did in my old washer. Probably because the load sensor function in the begining of every wash takes a few minutes and possibly also because there is no center agitator to really mix up the clothes. Doesn't really bother me though because I put almost double the clothes in one load. So one load the takes 1hr 11min is still better than two loads that take 35+ minutes each (because I have to do it twice and because the dryer can't keep up with 35 minutes washes anyways so I would end up waiting on the dryer to get the second load drying. All in all, this is a great washer at a very reasonable price. The controls are easy to use and love them on the front of the machine. Love the load sensor , the window to watch is neat too but more "cool looking" than functional. I think it would allow you to see where a load was out of balance during load sensing and give you the opportunity to fix it but like I said I've never had an out of balance load. I wouldn't pay extra for the glass door but since the machine comes with it at a cheap price I say it's cool!!!

this washer was relatively inexpensive, is easy to use, and has really done a great job of cleaning, and all of that without the annoying open door feature of front loading HE systems
