Excellent washer with a great price. Very stylish. Cleans clothes thoroughly. Whisper quiet.

I have been pleased with the performance of this washer. I enjoy the capacity of the large loads but my dryer is still too small to handle the biggest load.

works wonderfully...but, my old washer only took about 40 minutes to wash a load...this one can take almost an hour and a half depending on what settings you choose....it does spin more water out of the load so drying time is cut drastically...anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes....so I can expect each load to take a total of two hours.

This has been a great washer. I got this washer mainly because it was a good deal at the time I bought it. Gets my clothes clean a lot better than my old one.

Both my children own an LG washer and dryer and love them. So when it was time for me to replace mine I bought the same product and am very please with it.

During the first several loads I was concerned at the amount of time the machine took to "determine" the size of the load in the tub. I have since learned to be more careful in making sure that the clothes are put in evenly around the tub. Because of that, it now starts filling with water in just a minute or so of load sensing. The dryness of the clothes after the incredibly fast spin is awesome. After purchasing it, the latest major consumer magazine had an article stating that the LG top loaders were problem prone! I guess the future will show whether that is true or not.

We have a large family and needed a more efficient washer. The washer is very quiet and seems to do a great job. The only thing that concerns me is that the agitation doesn't really seem to move clothes throughout the tub, but clothes seem to come out just fine. Some of the cycles don't seem to be useful unless you're washing small loads, but that's not us. Other than that, we've been very happy.

Great choice. The operation is very simple and straight forward. Read lots of reviews before making my selection, and I can see why it was rated so highly.

I love my new washing machine, it nice and quiet easy to use. I do have to use a step stool to get the clothes out the washer because I'm short 4"11, lol

just used it only a few times. Too many bells &a whistles . Takes longer time to wash than my old one. Saves a lot of water which is a good thing.

I've had this washer just about a year. It's a great washer except for one thing: bleach dispenser gets bleach directly on clothes. I use 1/4 cup or less as recommended into dispenser, in towels, whites, and sometime darks, just for a little sanitizing action. It's taken awhile to catch on, and maybe this is from using the delayed setting. But now I"m SURE of it. Check out the picture. This is a pair of sweat pants. The white dots are the bleach coming through the holes in the wash tub. For anyone that likes to use bleach, this is a pretty big flaw.

We've been very happy with this unit. Had a front-loader, but the control panel had to be replaced a couple times and had issues with mold on front gasket. Wanted a high-efficiency washer, and after research decided on this one. Have been very satisfied with the LG. Seems very solid construction and it is very quiet when operating. Very large capacity - can get a bunch of clothes in or large comforter.

I have only had this washer for 2 weeks, but I am very happy with it so far. It does the job, clothes are clean and smell awesome. it's very quiet and the price can't be beat! It doesn't leave stains that my old whirlpool did,,\ and it's fairly fast compared to the one I had before. I love it. highly recommended

The washer is well designed, has a large capacity, and is easy and intuitive to use. I like the front mounted controls--they are easy to access and they are well designed. The basket is deep for short folks but I read that this is typical with most of the new top load models so other models will have the same problem.

I've only had to manually adjust the load once because it could not balance it by itself. There is so much room in this washer without that agitator. If you need a washer, this is a great purchase. All of the front load models were too deep for my closet. This washer and dryer combo just fit in my 40 year old home.

con: manual doesn't explain there will be long pauses during test cycle which caused needless anxiety! or to push cycle button 1st to unlock lid during add garment window. pros: love glass lid & extra rinse options. haven't tried all the cycles, been using heavy duty to make sure clothes get clean. used to having filter in washer, pet hair wasn't the problem I was expecting it to be from some reviews. researched extensively b4 buying & am pleased so far.

Very easy to use and navigating the options. Very quiet and holds a lot of laundry.

We purchased this on sale and think we received a good deal. It replaced a front loader that we had odor issues with even after leaving the door open to air out. This top loader is convenient and easy to use. It even fits a king size comforter. This unit has auto sensing balance so it stays reasonably quiet. And when finished plays a little tune letting you know it's cycle is complete.
