At first thought I would not be to keen on the computer type controls on the machine. I found it pretty easy to catch on to. Very quiet, and you can control it from your smart phone if you want to start or stop it.

Easy to set up and install. Runs quiet and washes well

This has been a great purchase from start to beginning. The delivery of my washer was easy and the delivery guys knew more about the machine than the store floor employees. The washer itself is very quiet. The drum is HUGE, and does a great job cleaning our clothes.

Have had the washer a month and so far so good. No balancing issues yet and is super quiet. No complaints, lots of options.

The new LG is quiet and sleek in appearance. I had no idea how bad, dated and shabby our old machine looked until this one was installed. Despite the myriad of electronic buttons, it is very easy to operate. It is very gentle on clothes in the delicate cycle since it has no agitator in the middle of the tub. We are very pleased with the LG.

I've only owned this washer a little over a month but so far it performs beautifully and is easy to operate. The washer is very deep so for short people like me, standing on my toes is necessary at times. One day I'll get a small stool and then things will be perfect!

it's amazing how it measures the water height and cleans without the middle agitator. Really large and was excited to to put the pillows in it. Only downside is the very deep drum and it's a stretch to get to the bottom and the cycles are long. I love it though, clothes smell clean and are practically dry after spinning.

I am a single guy that only does laundry when I have to - when I am out of clean underwear and/or socks - so I wasn't looking for anything high end when my older washer died recently. I had heard good things about LG, and speaking to a salesman in the store confirmed that this would be a good model for me. Delivery went very smoothly. I've used the washer about 7-8 times now and love all the options. I like the electronic controls on the front, it's pretty simple to use. One read through the manual and I was doing laundry the first night it was installed. I was amazed at how quiet this washer is compared to my previous one. The wash cycle is longer than I am used to, but the dry time on the matching dryer is less so it's "a wash". Pun intended.

The washer and dryer are both very simple to change settings, which allows me to have better efficiency and cleaner cloths. I can sit in the room next to the dryer while it is going and not even hear it, that is great! Spin cycle really gets the clothes very dry. I also like the setting/end cycle signals, much better than a buzzer.

Energy efficient. Works great. Somewhat difficult reaching things at the bottom because I am only 5'1". It's a stretch!

This is by far the best washer that I have ever owned. It combines the capacity of a front loader with the convenience of a top loader. No middle agitator means that fine clothes don't get shredded and straps wrapped under or around the agitator. It has a very large and usable capacity. It is also very energy and water efficient.

this top loader is very user friendly. I had a front load washer before this one.....I wanted a larger cu ft., but it had to be only 28" depth. this one fit the perfect size for the area I had... it does a great job and washing large loads, the clothes do not get tangled up like in the front load version. wash days are now almost good.....like a wash day could ever be great!!

We are very happy with this machine. The functions are plentiful and easy to use. It is large enough to handle the needs of three small children and two adults. Unfortunately not every stain has come out. However, this may not be because of the machine. I personally happen to appreciate the musical chime when the cycle ends

We replaced our old washer that was on it's last legs with this LG unit, and were definately impressed. Easy to use, digital display, energy star, multiple settings, and very high capacity; clothes are very clean, very fast and with minimal water usage! To top it off, it plays you a melody when the wash cycle is finished.

Washes all of my clothes so they smell good. LG appliances are my favorite!

It is plenty big to clean my king size comforter but that is partly a problem too because it is so deep that my short wife has a difficult time reaching the bottom of the washer to take out the last items on the bottom. Controls seem a little backward as you need to go right to left to pick the settings you want.

What a great machine! You dont have to tell it what size load the wash is, it automatically weighs it and distributes the weight. It is quiet and works well, not to mention it is huge! I can wash my cal king comforter in there with ease. Love this machine!
