Super roomie washer!!! Love washing clothes just because of how effective and smooth running it is!!

After doing a lot of research, I decided to buy this unit. Its the top rated top loader on the market which is priced at the lower end price of the front loaders. It has the direct drive system, which is superior to the old style systems. Top loader He washers allow you to leave the lid up after using to prevent mold. This becomes a bigger issue when you have a smaller laundry closet, which would not easily allow a front loader door to stand open. You can easily pause the cycle at any time to add clothes, etc.., where as you cannot with a front loader. No need for a pedestal either.

I can wash 2 laundry baskets of clothing at once and everything comes out great. This machine's spin cycle is much quieter than any other machines I've owned before - regular and HE washers. I'm impressed it truly does wash bulky items with ease and doesn't leave them sopping wet at the end of the cycle.

The washer is very efficient and effective. One of the features I like the most is the ability to see into the washer. On days I have nothing to do I can watch my cloths get clean. The washer is so quite you need to look to see if it is running. I like the safety features also. Good job Samsung!

We purchased the washer and didn't know the appropriate hoses were not included, the delivery man gave us an extra one from his truck. The wafer is sleek, easy to use and has ask the cycles I need. Large enough to fit or king size comforter. The washer sings a cute song when the cycles begin and end.

Very quite & efficient. Tub on the Washing Machine large enough to handle bedding and jackets well.

I am very happy with the product, gets clothes clean and can handle washing my big comforters too.

Had it for a month and works well so far. I'm 5"3, and the tub is very deep, so it can be hard to reach down to the bottom to get that lone sock. Also wish it had a handwash cycle. But overall good quality, quiet and nice design.

This washing machine is very quiet and has many features. Does a excellent job washing clothing.

I recommend this washing machine. Cloths smell clean. One cap full of detergent and one cap full of softener. Saves money right there. Make very little noise. Can wash a whole load. Can wash comforters. Awesome machine. Very pleased.

This is an awesome washer. Makes life so much easier. Especially with the auto leveling feature.

The washer is a great buy. It runs quietly and efficiently and is pretty easy to operate. Clothes are not dripping wet when the wash cycle is finished which helps to make sure the clothes are dry after only one cycle in the dryer. A great size tub for several pairs of jeans or extra large load.

i am loving my new high efficiency washer. It cleans the clothes and really wrings out excess water, shortening the dryer time needed. I was impressed with the delivery crew who had it hooked up and running in just a few minutes. Thanks best buy for a great product and service!

My wife and I love this washer! I like the self balancing tub and the way the cloths come out. It wrings them out so well that they take less time in the dryer. I really like the little tune that play at the end of the cycle, it's so much nicer than the annoying sound that every other washer and dryer has made in the past. My wife likes the front control panel as she is only 4'11" and she can reach the controls with ease.

Bought this pair to replace a 10 year old Duet frontloader. I was never impressed with the front loading washer. This pair takes up less space in our laundry room, has as much capacity, is quiet and gets the clothes clean!

I do 5-10 loads of laundry a day (4 kids, sport uniforms, dog beds etc.) I have had several brands of washer and dryers, but this one is AWESOME!! The clothes come out clean, they are not tangled up, great features, very quiet.

The whole family used it and likes it quite a bit. It sure gets the job done so far.
