I'm very happy with my new washer. I guess my one minor complaint would be it takes longer to wash than I was used to. Most cycles are an hour or more, There is a quick wash cycle that last 36 minutes. Other than that I'm very happy!

This is a great washing machine with all sorts of options. My wife is 5'3" tall so she has a dificult time reaching down in the tub to gather small items like socks/. Other than that, so far we are both happy with our purchase.

First time buyer of LG appliances, performance has been excellent.

This thing is quiet and can wash a huge load all at once. It'll take a long time due to the lack of an agitator, but that's what gives the higher capacity, so it's the necessary tradeoff.

A great looking machine easy to use and handles large loads well

This is the second LG washer we have purchased. The first was for our principal residence and the most recent was for an investment property that my daughter lives in. We bought a floor model at a discount and it is slightly smaller capacity than ours. My daughter loves it. The delivery, removal and install went very well. No buyers remorse!

Tried my new washer out for first time. Was skeptical of LG at first, but performance is great so far. No agitator...yahoo! Control panel is convenient and easy to use. Did I mention the pretty little tune it plays when done!!!!!!!

Bought the washer & dryer to replace the 9+ year old contractor models in my home. The washer is quiet and large and does a great job. The matching electric dryer is fast and efficient. Very happy with Best Buy and this purchase.

We purchased this washer/dryer set to replace an outdated/broken washer. Geek squad did an efficient and clean job of installation. We have had no problem learning the ropes of the new set and we have definitely enjoyed the energy/water savings that have come along with it.

Very efficient washer...many cycles or combination of cycles

I picked this one because of yellow tag of energy efficiency.

Like the fancy options on the washer however seems to stop spinning frequently if load gets unbalanced. Also I washed a rug where the backing came off and crumbled into little pieces (not fault of washer, the rug was old) but the drain holes in bottom of washer are so small all the bits stayed in the washer and "dirtied" the other items inside. I had to manually vacuum the debris out of the base of the washer. Might not work well for heavily soiled items or for parents if they have to wash kids clothes with debris or food remnants...

Been very satisfied with this product. More than I expected

Needed to replace a twenty year old model. This new model was 2013 top-rated by Consumer Reports and in stock at a local Best Buy, with a 10% discount. Purchase, financing, delivery and installation all went smoothly. Unit works well. Consumer Reports states that the new machines also save on drying time because of the very efficient spin cycles - that has been our experience thus far. We run 6-8 loads/week in the summer. Control panel is easy to use and we have plenty of cycle options. Unit meets our needs well. The real issue will be durability and need for repairs. Unit has been very satisfactory so far.
