It's quiet, efficient, works great and looks really cool. I recommended it to my mom and dad too. They love theirs. It's the first time in 50 years that my mom has been able to get my dad to help with the laundry.

There are so many settings but it's still easy to use! I can stuff it full and everything still comes out nice and clean. Plus, it plays a cute melody instead of having an annoying buzzer when the cycle is done :)

I love the clear, foldable lid - you can check on the load process in-action and fold the lid back after use to deter mildew in the machine. I went from a front load (hard on my back) to this top load, and I'm glad that I made the switch. Great machine!

Simple And Easy To Use...And Incredibly Quiet.....

I had an LG front load washer before this. It worked okay. Occasionally the clothes didn't seem as clean and fresh as I thought they would and I didn't like that I had to leave the door open all the time to prevent the musty odor. This washer is also a HE washer, but I went with the top loader. So far, so good. I don't even have to leave the lid open between washes because of the feature where you can unlock part of the lid by the handle and it folds in, allowing more air to reach inside.

I was extremely skeptical about this washer because I'm used to having a washer with an agitator in the middle. I was concerned that the clothes would not get clean. Turns out, there was nothing to worry about. The washer is great. The amount of clothes that fit in this washer is almost twice as much as my old washer, yet it does not use twice as much detergent. Definitely saving money there. It blew me away that I could get my huge comforter in there and it washed very nicely. Glad we made this purchase!

A great washing machine. I reviewed this brand and another brand and picked this model based upon other reviews. So far so good. A huge tub which doesn't seem to use a lot of water. As it doesn't have an agitator took a little bit to get used to it.

I've always had an old-fashioned washer with the center agitator. This new concept of no agitator seems to be gentler on the clothes, but I'm not sure how well it would clean clothes that are really dirty. It does seem to stop on it's own quite often with an 'error' message on the panel, and I can only assume it's because the clothes are out of balance. It also wraps my king-sized sheets into a big wad by the end of the cycle.

This sleek, quiet, easy to operate model has a huge tub. Installation was quick, and the delivery folks even offered to sweep the floor under the old machine. I highly recommend this model and BestBuy's installers.

its big and quiet and does a great job washing . It is very deep and makes a shorter person work harder to remove wash load, but I still love this machine.

First delivered unit was defective; after a few days the temp sensor stopped working; would not take hot water then overheated. LZ support was worthless. Best Buy replaced with a new unit which is working well. Excellent service from Best Buy!

Nice large capacity washer that only uses as much water as needed. Lots of good options to allow the setting you want/need. Still need to leave it open just to prevent the musty smell from remaining water.

Multiple washing cycles, large capacity, looks good and relatively quiet.

We had been looking at this washer for about a year as our old one was getting noisy and we were afraid it was going to die! It was rated high in consumer's report. We found the washer at Best Buy for the best price we had seen, so even though our old washer was still working, we purchased this new one.

This is my first HE washer and I love it. I love it because my Wife loves it. Gets clothes clean with tons of options and we can fit all our household washables into two loads now. Great stuff as usual from LG

Great for the price, so quiet. I'm a massage therapist and put my washer to good use washing many sheets. It is great and really cleans my sheets thoroughly.

So far, so good! We have only had the washer for a few weeks. It does a great job, but it takes a long time to wash a load of clothes unless you use the "quick wash cycle"....The clothes come out almost dry because it spins so fast!
