I bought this washer after a previous purchase of another brand went way wrong. I have to say this is by far the best washer i have ever owned. The tub size is huge and it is so quiet , I actually checfk on it sometimes just to make sure it is running because it is so quiet. Clothes come out better than going to the dry cleaners. Great purchase I will be buying the matching dryer when the one i have now goes out. GREAT I highly recommend this

I have needed a new washer for a long time and read the reviews on this one and the price was right. I am a senior and I was a little nervous about the new technology .I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use.I know that it will save us money also as it uses less water and drying time is also less! Very pleased I made this purchase and will recommend it to friends!

Can do double the load that I used to. Machine is also very quiet compared to my old one. Works great

So far this machine has been excellent. Clothes come out quite clean and it is very quiet. It does vibrate on high but I'm told this is quite normal for this type washing machine. So far (1 week) we have been very satisfied.

I checked review that lots of people said the LG washing machine were good working and very quite. Yes, it is. I and my wife are very very satisfy with this LG washing machine.

Quiet efficient washer that fits in my small space. Seems to use less water and clothes are clean. Fun to watch through the clear glass top.

What I like best about this washer is that a portion of the lid can be folded under so that the tub is aired out. I find it complicated is the adjustment of the various temp and load type buttons. Took a while to figure out.

We have 5 people in my family so when my washing machine started acting up I knew we needed to replace it quickly. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. We had it delivered and setup by Best Buy and the delivery guys were so helpful and quick too. They even reassured me that I had made a really good choice too. I was amazed at how quiet and efficient it runs. The size is amazing too!!! It's super easy to use and has plenty enough washing selections to meet all your needs. I've washed our queen size comforter and it did a great job!; delicates aren't a problem either. I was concerned with some of the reviews I read about the balance issues but honestly I think that must be a user issue. We haven't had one single problem and I definitely would recommend this machine to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't get the dryer yet!

The first washer that was delivered had to be returned due to water overflow, probably a sensor. The next washer delivered has worked like a charm. Takes me a little getting used to because of the HE product, but so far I love it!

This machine works differently then or old machine. I actually found myself watching it while it did its worked. Very impressive! I'd recommend that anyone who buys this machine read the instructions carefully, especially about what you put into each load. I mixed some heavy towels and much lighter weight stuff together and the load needed some balancing. The good thing here is that the machine sensed the unbalanced load and let me know.

excellent buy for the money, very quiet washing machine, easy to use , no performance issues after a few months of constant use.

Love the new washer. The only thing I don't like is that it judges water level by weight and sometimes the laundry comes out with soap still on it. You have to make sure the load isn't too big or do a second rinse cycle.

The thing I love most is how many clothes can fit in it. And the fact that It washes by the weight of clothes so u can do a small load and not worry about wasting water.!!!

Very quiet, stable with large loads, settings easily managed and generally intuitive. Easy installation, external dimensions very manageable.

Owned the LG washer for over a month now. We average about 7 loads a week and so far it's been performing as expected. This is our first LG washer and we like it so far. There are tons of features but we just use the normal setting. I would recommend it if anyone is looking for a large load capacity washer.

One of the panels does not light up. I called in the tech, who researched and determined (probably correctly) that LG just didn't bother. The choices CAN be read with m reading glasses on and overhead light illuminated.

We had bought the dryer previously. Fell in love with it, so even though our washer was fine we had the purchase the new washer also. We are very satisfied with both.

I was looking for a quality washer that is not the most expensive nor the cheapest. This model from LG was on sale and it really is the best choice we got. Quiet, high capacity, and energy efficient. What more can I ask for?
