I think it washes very good,you can put lots of clothes in it. Havent had any problems so far

This washer has a lot of great features, it even plays a little tune when turned on or off. It does not shake when it runs either & has a nice see thru lid. I saw this on display & said " this will be my next washer"! I read the reviews & was impressed, & I agree with the reviews. It uses a lot less electric than my old washer even though it seems to run longer. I think my only complaint would be that it is deep & sometimes hard to reach into to get the clothes out but that's really not a problem. The free shipping was great too!

This washer is great in that all controls are in front. I think the manufacturer has upgraded to a newer model, but who needs all those options, when you just want to wash clothes. And this washer does that well.

I bought this LG washer after a couple of months of browsing the web and visiting multiple stores. I wanted a high efficiency washer that would simply clean my laundry and save on water. This device delivers on both these fronts. I appreciate the delivery and installation of the Best Buy team, they were professional and clean. Couldn't ask for much more.

We bought this product as an open box item. Lucky for us we also purchased the extended warranty. To begin with the manual included was for a Samsung not a LG product. The washer was unable to balance even a simple load. It took up to three hours to force complete a cycle. It required more monitoring than an active toddler. Clothes still came out wet so not only was water wasted, but gas as well since it took extra long to dry a load. After almost a month and five visits by the Geek Squad in addition to hours on the phone we were able to return it and substitute a Whirlpool Cabrio which has been working without a glitch.

I've been using this for about a month and I love it. It's very easy to use, and it's quiet!

Good machine that is easy to use. The water amount is somewhat low and is energy friendly. The machine is not loud and that is a plus.

Our washer bit the dust. You may be in the same situation if you're reading this review. Maybe you're looking for the cheapest, but are afraid that it won't be good enough. Maybe the LG brand scares you, so you're looking extra deep on reviews. Let me set your mind at ease with a couple of points: * It's a Consumer Reports best buy * We keep our W/D on the 2nd floor, and have heard horror stories about how noisy frontloaders are on 2nd floor setups, so we wanted top loaders * We had Maytag before * Family of 4, with a middle schooler and an elementary student. We put in our first load, started it up, and honestly, I seriously mean this with ZERO joking.....we had to go check on it to make sure it was running, because we couldn't hear it. This thing is quiet. I'm sure in a lab setting, there are level of what is more or less quiet than the other, but this is a quiet one. We're extremely happy with this purchase, especially considering that we got the matched pair for what some frontload washers go for on their own.

We've had our new washing machine for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The only negative I see is that loads take a lot longer to wash than my old machine but the clothes do seem to come out cleaner.

This machine may not be the best one for someone shorter than 5'5" due to the height of the machine and depth of the tub but it is a great machine overall.

Overall excellent washing machine. Easy to use. The capacity is great for any size load. Very quiet no matter the size of the load.

This washer is so quiet you dont even hear it when it is going. Clothes come out great.

This washer is an excellent high efficiency unit. It saves money on water and electricity. The unit determines how much water it needs based on the weight of the load and how much time is needed to wash the items. It also plays a tune to let you know the washing is done. You can let the unit determine the wash cycle or you can override the program and make your own selections. However, you have to use High Efficiency (HE) laundry detergents which are pricey but a very small amount is required per load.

Love this washer. Had front load washer before, but this one seems to clean clothes so much better. Super large capacity.
