Just had it a month now, but it's quiet, easy to use and gets the clothes clean. Most of the cycles run over an hour, but I usually use the speedy wash which runs 35 minutes and does a fine job. The final spin also gets a lot of the water out of the clothes so they don't have to be in the dryer so long which saves energy. Very pleased with my purchase.

I found this washer to be incredibly quiet and efficient. I love the sensor feature and I really like that the spin cycle does so good that drying time is greatly reduced.

Easy to use, easy to clean, and very quiet. The dryer is phenomenal and the washer is so large with no agitator that I can wash twice as many garmets. Great set

I love this washer, it has amazing capacity, easy to use, quiet but I literally need to use a small step stool to reach the bottom of the wash basin. I am 5' tall and can not reach and touch the bottom of the tub. Simple fix for me but may be inconvenient for short people or those with a bad back.

I really like this product. It does a good job of cleaning you close any efficient manner to help save money and energy. The tub is very large so you are able to wash more of your cloths at one time. the only thing that I had an issue with was the fact that he uses so little water from my old machine that I had to get used to the fact that the top only fills about a third full. it is very quiet and easy to use.

My wife and I finally purchased an HE washer and couldn't be happier with this machine. Wash time is longer but due to the higher spin speed more water is drawn out of the clothes which means less time in the dryer. It has a large tub and we have filled it up and it cleans it all completely. It is ultra quiet had to walk to the machine to make sure it is working that is how quiet it is. The lid will not slam it is on a hydrolic system. It is very easy to use, as simple as power on and pick your cycle and press start. You can override any of the functions you choose before pressing start (spin speed, soil level, temp etc). It has a place to add bleach, fabric softner, and detergent, you just press start and the machine does the rest. It washes just like a front loader but it is a top load form which means no bending and no need to buy pedestals. We are a family of 5 that washes everyday. This has been a great buy and machine.

This washer is super - efficient, quiet, the glass lid is a pleasing feature, and the stainless tub is terrific. The settings are easy to use once you have been through them once or twice. HOWEVER: that same tub is VERY DEEP, and it is hard to reach the bottom if you're short (like me). Heavy, damp clothes are even more difficult to get out. So visit one and see just how DEEP it is before you buy!!!

Very quiet machine and washes well. Love the energy efficient quality that it can generate power once it starts. Plenty of space for king size bedding too.

The washer does an excellent job of cleaning. It is very quiet. The only downside is when the washer load is unbalanced, it attempts to solve the problem, even if it takes another two hours and several water fill-ups. It seems to me that notifying the owner of the imbalance would allow him/her to attempt to correct the situation without a lot of time (and water) needed to "auto-solve" the problem. I'm retired, so this isn't a big time problem for me, but it could be for others. Following instructions about loading also minimizes the problem.

This machine has lived up to its' billing. The large capacity has enabled us to reduce the number of loads we cycle through. It is quiet and the spin cycle really does a great job of removing most of the water/moisture. It is easy to use and we really like the controls in front of the machine

I purchased a new LG high efficiency top loader because my 4 year and 2 month old Samsung front loader bit the dust (more than $1000 to repair). The repair man suggested that my 1st floor utility room would handle the vibration of a top loader better than the vibration of a front loader. So my next debate was between LG and Samsung. Machines from both manufacturers have good reviews. But I was soured on Samsung because of my prior machine and I was optimistic on LG because of experience with an LG machine at a relative's house. I got a great price with the Presidents' Day Sale. End result is that I like the LG top loader very much after 5 weeks. It is easy to operate, gets the clothes clean, and has all the necessary options. It also does a very good job of spinning water out of the clothes so that they don't need as much time in the dryer. I thought that front loaders were supposed to be far superior on spinning but the top loader has a higher revolution spin speed available than I thought. And it vibrates less than the front loader. I had 1 load in 5 weeks that wouldn't balance and the wash load eventually errored out, and that was when most of the wash load got wrapped inside a fitted bed sheet. I could have stopped it and rebalanced the load myself but I didn't realize it until the machine had stopped. So the lesson there is to ball up the fitted sheet before putting it in the washer. I put 5 stars on my review allthough 5 weeks of use is a too soon to know how it will last. I also haven't 'tested' the machine on heavy loads or very dirty loads. But it is great so far.

I bought this washer because of the high reviews, and the fact that it was considered a best buy in consumer reports. I was kinda worried bc of all the negatives about load imbalance issues but I still bought it. I couldn't be happier! I think the main thing u have to do I make sure the machine is leveled up very well. YOU HAVE TO LEVEL IT BUY THE METAL SEAM ON THE SIDES AND I PLUMBED IT UP ON THE METAL FACE OF THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE. I did this and ran several cycles trying to get an unbalanced load error. I never got one. I tried large loads small loads comforters even large loads with a high speed spin. I didn't do any special loading I just threw clothes in and turned it on. Still no code just clean clothes. I came from an old impeller type agitator washer to this one and I it even seems like my clothes even smell cleaner. My wife swears that our whites are whiter since she uses the bright whites setting. I even got a 75 dollar rebate from my energy company for buying this model. For price and performance look no further than this washer.

Like most our washer that was five years old and out of warranty died. The parts to repair it were expensive, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new washer. I wanted to buy the cheapest one we could find and after talking with my wife we decided to get one that was a large capacity washer and quite. This one is both and we are extremely happy with it and got the extended warranty for good measure.

I read the reviews on this machine before purchasing it. So many great reviews, and justifiably so. I have never had an error message with it. I've washed comforters with ease and even the dog bed. The tub is huge. I am 5'5" and I am on my tippy toes to reach the bottom of the tub, but I can do it. Anyone shorter might need a small step stool. Overall this is an awesome machine and I'm so glad we purchased it. A lot of bang for your buck. It spins the clothes so well that they are quick to dry in the dryer also.

The cycle selections are very user friendly! The machine is so quiet that you just don't hear it running at all, unless you're in the same room with it. The wash cycles are longer but I don't mind that because the spin cycle is so effective that my drying time is definitely cut in half! I love that I have very little to think about when washing clothes because most of the guess work has been eliminated!

This is the first high efficiency washer that I have ever bought. I didn't even know how they worked! This one has more than enough capacity for me ( a single man). The controls are conveniently placed and are simple to use. Shipping and installation was quick. In addition to the discount offered by BB, the washer qualified for a water-saver rebate from the local municipal water supply.
