I've owned an LG front load washer for 10 years. I replaced it with the new LG top load. I have mixed emotions...I like the room and it seems to be working well, however I've noticed clothing getting tangled more easily than with the front load. It's not a huge issue and items seem to be getting cleaned so I'm not going to make any changes. Haven't had any trouble with uneven loads. It is very quiet and there is a ton of room for large loads or bulky items like comforters. I will add this, if you are short, you may not like this model. Because the tub is so large, I really have to reach to get to the bottom and I'm 5' 7". Overall I'm pleased. I had previously purchased the matching dryer and like it very much.

The 1st washer I got it was a open box! That didn't go so well but sometimes they do! I was given a new one for about 80 more bucks and I was so happy! This washer is super nice and the smell through out the house omg!!!! I love it and wudnt trade it off! I gotta get use to the cycles bit other than that I love it silent wash wow!! A must get! I loved it so that I went to get the dryer to match:) buy it really and I'm able to wash my king size bedding sets!

This is one amazing washer I must say. And both my wife and daughter are totally loving it (which makes me happy as now they use it more often LOL). We choose it because (1) the salesperson was very good in describing how a washer without the center cylinder washes way better as it will not hurt/damage fabric as it washes, (2) there is more room very large items (and this is what my wife loves the most, no more going to laundromat to wash king size quilts). (3) The stainless steel drum is beautiful and easy to clean and (4) the price YES! It was very well priced not to mention the wonderful brand. The ONLY bad thing, and this will sound funny but really true, is that both my wife and daughter are under 5"1 and they literally have togged on a step stool to reach down and get the clothes and even with that, they use an umbrella with the hook to get the rest. ROFL --Anyway, they LOVE IT and again, that makes me very very happy. GREAT PRODUCT and go for it!!! You will not be disappointed. I'll have to sneak a photo of them reaching in.

We have had this washer only a month. Had a front loader before. The controls are nice. I love the abilitiy to keep part of the top open so machine is airing when not in use. I have had some loads get out of balance but am catching on how to load certain larger items. The clothes come out spun really dry so it cuts down on drying time. The clothes come out clean. So far we are pleased with this product but will know much better after a few months of use. So far I like it better than the front loader which required extensive repair a couple times which added to the initial expense of a high priced item.

I only gave this LG washer 4 stars because I have only had it for about a month ,but so far so good. It is much quieter than my old front loading SAMSUNG that only lasted 41/2 years .It has become unbalanced a few times but not often and only when my teenagers overload it.Most of the time it corrects itself. I have only had to manually rebalance it once(again daughters).Overall happy so far. Will review again at a later time.

Uses minimal water and has great capacity. Best of all, it does a great job cleaning our clothes!

We've had now about 6 weeks, and we have no dislikes. It is incredible how quiet a washer can be. We've used most of the cycles and this machine is just great! Haven't had any suds left on clothes like some reviews point out. Spins clothes so dry that it has reduced drying time by almost half. Even as LG's lowest priced washer, it performs otherwise.

I can fit my cal king comforter in this easily. Its quiet. Easy to use. Clothes are incredibly clean. Cost was below budget. Many settings. Doesn't have an odor like front washers do.

We replaced an old washing machine with this LG machine and love it. It is very quiet, and automatically adapts to the size of the loads, so no guessing is required. Not having a center agitator makes it very easy to load, especially if you have a bulky item to wash. My only complaint is that the specifications state that the fill hoses come with the machine, but they don't, so we had to pay extra for those.

I love my washer. It is very quiet and works very efficient. It holds a lot of clothes.

Washer cleans well. Takes a while to learn how to use it. Don't appreciate the fact that it tore a sweater. No perm press setting is a turn off, but I knew that when I bought it. Also I measured the height where it would go and it was within what the website said was the height, but when it got here, It didn't fit under the cabinet where is should go. The plastic on the lid has a small gap where the one in the store doesn't. If mine was like that it might fit OK. Did not come with any detergent, etc. like the book says. Store blamed delivery company, they blamed store. Capacity is great! Fits a king-sized bedspread!

I am so glad we went with the LG!!!! It is quiet, easy to use and gets clothes clean. The spin cycle gets the clothes so dry that it cuts load drying time in half or more. LG makes a great product!!! The installer from best buy was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job.

Excellent efficeincy ! Only uses the water necessary to wash and rinse clothing. Lots of cycles and special uses. Have had one ' unbalanced' load error since purchase ( in March ) and that was while washing pillows, which is tough on many machines! After moving pillows around a few times, it spun them out fine.

This washing machine is fantastic! I needed a large capacity washer that would clean thoroughly and be gentle on our family's clothes (no agitator). This is it! Plus, it's quiet, efficient, has all the wash combinations I could possibly need, and did I mention it's quiet? The "clean tub" cycle is convenient. All this at a lot less than comparable front-loaders, which I didn't want anyway. I am trying to figure out how to break my dryer so I can get the matching dryer....

I have only had my new washer for a short time but so far I love it! I am only giving it 4 stars because the tub is so deep that I have to use tongs to get the clothes out! Short people have disadvantages! The washer cleans great though I had my doubts... I was used to swish swish to clean the clothes but this washer does the job. It is quiet and I love that it has a "brain".

We love our front loader dryer it is awesome and can handle so many towels I don't have to separate them now into several loads. I love the way they come out feeling fluffy and smell so great. It is super quite and I love the music at the end to tell you when your laundry is dry. I love it and think it was an awesome purchase and I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone!

Easy to use, very efficient, able to do big loads which saved me time.

So far so good. this machine is very efficient and quet. Have had it 2 months now. Only small issue is that the tub is vey deep and so a little difficult to reach bottom when removing clothes if you are vertically challened as some in my house are! Other than that, couldn't be more pleased.

I love my new LG washing machine . The drum is huge and because there isn't an agitator my clothing doesn't get wrapped around anything .It is super quiet and my clothing seems to look cleaner . I would recommend measuring your area because these machines are deeper than older models
