This washer has such a large tub you are likely to need tongs to get the clothes at the bottom of the tub out in order to move them over to the dryer. My wife loves the music it plays when the washing is done. The wash cycle is pretty long but we'd have to wait for the dryer to finish before putting our next load in anyway so the total time balances out.

We've had the set for two months and have had no problems so far.

first purchase of a high efficiency appliance and we are well pleased too some getting use to but really like the purchase.

The washer does not put out enough water to cover what I have in it. I have to stop the load and add water from the bathroom sink. I have tried different settings, and days of trials. Finally...adding a few buckets of water is what I have to resort to.

This is a very good machine. There many was options. I find it to be very user friendly.

I have been using it for a few months now. The only complain I have is that it takes way to long to wash no matter what cycle you place it on. A hour is the shortest time I have taken to wash vs quick cycle on my older washing machine. Before time is place it does have a motion detection which helps spread evenly the clothes which is great.

I have enjoyed the set (washer and dryer). Dryer doesn't bake your clothes, Both appear to make less noise than the older models.

Owned for just over a year now. This washing machine is a piece of junk. Cannot handle large loads, towels sheets etc without getting an error for unbalanced load. Doesn't matter how many times you rearrange, how little or how much you put in the machine. Unbalanced almost every time even at the lowest spin setting. Contacted customer service and was basically told this is normal. Now out of warranty and forced to basically junk this thing and buy another.

This HIgh Efficiency washer is the real deal! If momma ain't happy then no ones happy is not a concern anymore... Momma's HAPPY!!!

This product is very reliable and it really clean well. The direct drive motor is great, I will definitely recommend this product.

The top load has a feature on the door that allows you to lock a part of it open for airing when washer not in use. Also door has a hinge that won't allow it to bang shut if it slips from your hand. It weighs the load before adding the water so is great on water conservation. I got a rebate from my utility company. Is all digital which I thought might be intimidating at 1st, but I love it. Drum is huge and I have a little trouble reaching to get clothes out to dry, but is needed for bulky items.

We purchased this washer to replace our front load washer. A much better machine. No issues at all and quite an upgrade. A+++

Works well, no problems. We have the matching dryer as well. Love the large capacity, and intuitive interface.

I like the folding part of the door - so it can get fresh air when not in use. Cycles are quiet. Clothes are clean.
