Solid product from LG. Very pleased!

Although she does have a little difficulty reaching the bottom without a stool, she is very pleased with the end result. Clothes are clean and they are not tangled up in each other. The controls are conveniently located and easy to reach. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

don't waste your money

I had a tech come out about 20 days after I bought it said it was fine it was past the 15 days returned to Best Buy so I'm stuck with a horrible washer.Best Buy would not work with me to replace it for a front loader.

There are several different temperature and wash cycles that are adjusted based on the type of clothing washed and the machine is very handsome.
