This is my first LG purchase...and WoW

It's simply amazing and I doubt I will ever buy another non-LG product again...love it, love it, love it. Absolutely love the top load feature. I do not like the front load washers...at my age, way too hard on my back!

don't waste your money

I had a tech come out about 20 days after I bought it said it was fine it was past the 15 days returned to Best Buy so I'm stuck with a horrible washer.Best Buy would not work with me to replace it for a front loader.

There are several different temperature and wash cycles that are adjusted based on the type of clothing washed and the machine is very handsome.
