Works well, plenty of options, uses less power, quiet, attractive

This washing machine is nice looking, quiet, and very easy to use. It determines the amount of water required for any given load. It's nice to have the clear lid so you can see what's going on and plays a cute little tune when load is done. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This washer is amazing. So many settings and no agitator to take up space in the bin. It doesn't smell like front-loaders, and we can get so much laundry done. My only criticism is that the lid doesn't stay up on it's own.

This machine is super quiet, very efficient and cleans well! We had another energy efficient top loader from a competing brand (wpool) and after a while the clean cycle stopped working. This machine works way better. We do leave the lid open now too - but overall this has been a great machine. We've had it for a few months now.

I love my new washer! I've had it for about 1-1/2 months now. It is very quiet. If I had to give negative feed back, it would be that it's to deep, and hard for me to reach the bottom for the lone sock. I'm 5'5". The other is that it takes so long to do a load. You can do a speed wash though, and that's not to bad. It gets the clothes clean, and the spin cycle gets them almost dry, cutting the drying time! All in all, I have to say that I am very pleased with my purchase! When my dryer dies, I'll get the matching one.

This washer is quiet and washes the clothes so much better than the front loader I had. I like how the soap dispenser is inside the washer. The glass top let you see what is going on. Clothes are spun super well. No problem with it going out of balance either. Many wash options and it's nice how it plays a little music when done!

Easy to use, clothes are really clean. Extremely quite and really love the way you load the soap. One problem is the tub being as deep as it is , its hard for a short person to reach all the into the washer. But all in all it's really great buy for the price.

It is very quiet and does twice the load then my older whirlpool. I can do laundry and put my infant to bed knowing he won't wake up while my clothes get washed. I love this machine- I ended up purchasing the matching dryer, and that too is GREAT! Love this product!!!!

First new washer/dryer in nearly 20 yrs so was insure what to expect. The washer drum capacity is amazing. I am doing two loads now instead of 4-5 for the same period of time. The washer seems to clean the clothes well. After gardening all weekend I'll be curious to see how it performs on heavily soiled clothing. They are so quiet sometimes I forget I'm doing laundry. Happy so far

Needed only the dryer, but why buy just a part of a set....Love this washer. Doesn't require nearly the soap or water like my old washer, accommodates the learning curve of a young adult man throwing all (no matter the size) his laundry into one load and not have to worry about the machine being off balance. Love the pair

I am very satisfied with this washing machine. Very easy to use, and drying time is less time due to better spin cycle than older machines. I am 5 feet tall and just about reach bottom to remove clothes so a step stool might be a good idea for short people

Love how big this washer is! I can fit big loads and it washes my clothes, blankets, towels great! As mentioned in other reviews, this washer is very big/deep and may not be good for short people. I, myself, use a step stool which works just fine!

Love the washer! There is so much room, I can do an entire basket full of clothes without even filling it up. The spin gets the clothes pretty dry so the dryer has to work less. Quiet and gets my clothes super clean!

I absolutely love this washer. I read about balancing issues and was concerned about problems with it. I have not had any balancing problems, and I am thrilled with the large capacity since it doesn't have the center agitator. Also, it spins so much water out that my drying time is much less than before. The only thing I didn't realize that has presented a bit of an issue for me is the hose hookups come straight out the back up high behind the washer. As a result, I can't push the washer back closer to the wall without risking kinking the hoses, and I am unable to fit the sliding doors back on the closet area where it is located. I'm going to have to cut a hole in the drywall to have a recessed area or add elbows which adds an extra point for leaks. Some cycyles are long but there is also a speed wash cycle that just got my son in clean jeans an hour before his date.

I had an agitator washer before this and initially though HE washers are not effective in removing stains. After reading the reviews on this model and Holiday price, I decided to upgrade our old clunker. What an improvement! It's so much quiet that have to open the laundry room door to check if it's still running. Washes better than the old washer too. Water level does not go over the clothes(auto detect), giving me the impression that it's not wasting water. I don't feel guilty getting rid of an inefficient working unit. Quick wash is not recommended for dirty laundry or removing stains.

After having to replace my washer 2 times in over 3 years I was so hesitant to purchase another High efficiency washer, but I'm glad I did! This washer is so SO nice ! It's so super quiet and easy to use!

The LG we have is carefree and we got this one to replace a whirlpool he problem child we got at Lowes markdown - The LG washer lives up to its name Live Good So far so good in its performance easy to use even for me the man of the house - that should say it all if a guy can operate it it has to be easy to work

My experience was very turn key. I never went into a store. For the amount of my purchase, I received 18 months same as cash. One inconsistency was the delivery schedule, but it was minimal. The emails gave me a 8:30-10:30 delivery time which did not match availability of the actual delivery. However, the deliver guys kept in contact with me for actual delivery time. Due to the placement of the washer and dryer in my laundry room, the delivery guys did not hesitate to remove and disassemble the dryer door to hinge on the opposite side. All of the electronics concern me, but I purchased the 3 year warrantee to cover any future issues. The cycles, especially for the washer, seem to be longer than I have had before. Normal wash is set for 57 minutes. I think there is a cycle that stretches to 117 minutes for heavy duty. I have come to terms with the cycle time increases because the washer weighs and balances before the cycle ever begins. It determines the amount of water that is to be used for efficiency. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this washer. I like the clear top so I can see what it is doing. It does a great job. It fits enough laundry to do plenty, and it is the quietest machine I have ever had. My wife has no problem with me volunteering to do the laundry now
