This machine works great, is easy to run and set up. It is energy efficient. I love it.

I really do love my washer. It does a great job... now that I've figured out how to manipulate the settings to get enough water to thoroughly wash the clothes. I understand that being this washer is HE the water levels are meant to be conservative... But most are almost too extreme. It is a nice washer tho. I have no regrets.

Great washer for the price. Don't even know it is running because it is so quiet!

Been enjoying my new Washer. Lots of choices on the cycles depending on my load size. The hardest part is remembering when I started the cycle, since the washer is so much more quiet than my old unit, I can't always tell when it's finished. I used to be able to just open the basement door to hear my old washer.

The new technology is impressive. We read reviews stating loading machine was difficult and we do not notice any issues. The machine washes well, is quiet, easy to use and very smart. The clothes are nearly dry after they spin. We are happy. I was sad that you can not wash waterproof items, but will adjust.

This washer picks the size of load itself, which in turn mostly picks a smaller load than it really is so when it fills with water there are a couple of items on top of the water not getting washed. Well how will your clothes get cleaned if they aren't even getting wet or getting soap in them?

This is a very stable machine. The controls are easy to reach and has a small handle for the lid that can be used by shorter folks, if needed. The tub is large and is able to hold a lot of laundry if needed, but can also do just a few items or bedding. It is a great looking machine and it has a direct drive motor, so not squeeking belt noise as it ages. A highly rated consumer reports machine.

Although I can't say I'm disappointed, I am certainly not very impressed with this washer. It seems to do the job adequately. The capacity size is nice for sheets, towels, etc. The spin selections, even on low, leave terrible wrinkles in clothing. I have had to iron clothing that I normally hang to dry, and some items, like dri-fit fabrics cannot be ironed. This is my main complaint. A couple of times I have had to re-start a wash load, as I noticed that the tub did not fill enough to even cover all of the clothing (there was still dry clothing as the tub agitated.) Overall, I am satisfied, but not impressed.

It's very quiet. Great product. am lookink forward to buying a clothes dryer by LG.

Runs well and uses less water. But it takes twice long to do a load of wash.

The High efficiency design is a step up from my older, conventional machine.

I love how it saves money on the water and uses less soap then most washers.

Enjoy laundry. Seems to clean good. Doesn't really spin out that good though.

it works great and I love that it is so big I can wash my bedding.

I was afraid of all the "bells and whistles" on the washer, but the instructions are easy to understand and the machine works great. Big loads as well as small come out clean. Two negatives...The machine has a sloping top, which causes anything resting on top of the washer to slide off. The washer plays a tune when it turns off, but the volume is low and I often don't hear it.
