I am so happy with this washer. My clothes are much cleaner and easier to dry since they have spun out so well. There are multiple options for washes but easy to use since both my sons do their own laundry. I would highly recommend this washer.

I was skeptical at first, but once I started using this machine, I was hooked. I really like the way it uses less water, based on the load, to really get the job done. I am thoroughly impressed with it. This by far is my favorite washing machine, ever!

I love my washer and I'm glad the sales person introduced me to the washer the value the size the song the washer plays at the end. It's nice looking and it's quiet.. I love the depth of it it shifts the clothes around you just throw them in the barrel it does the rest. It cleans them very well. I love it.

When shopping, originally wanted to stay with a well known brand like Maytag or Whirlpool I went to Sears and the rep told me about the rating recently given to the LG so we decided to give it a try. It was a little more than the whirlpool we were looking at but the quality so far seems to be very good

I vibrated the front loader to death. It was a very disappointing washer. The LG is terrific. It washes without moving. Everything comes out clean. There are lots of cycles to choose from! Excellent!

This is my first high efficiency washer and I'm loving it! The load size is so much greater than my old washer that I'm only doing laundry one day a week now. My clothes come out clean and much less damp than before which cuts on my drying time.

We bought this machine for a family of four with two small children who like to get dirty. We found our clothes are good and clean and smell fresh every time.

This is a deep washing machine, and I am short, so I have to get on my tip toes to get everything out (like socks). I love that it automatically determines the amount of water so my kids aren't wasting water like they used to. The cycles are kind of long but this is the norm with the HE models.

Wish you could mix and match some of the settings a bit more, but other than that I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I actually enjoy doing laundry now, However, I'll never admit that to my girlfriend or basically any living person.

My old washer was 25 years old. I did not think I would find another stainless steel washer, but I found it in this one. Love love this washer. Before it starts adding the water it balances the load all on its own. The lid locks once you hit start which is great if you have kids, very safe.

Reviewed and researched a lot of machines. Decided to go with this one because it was latest model and price was reasonable. Does a great job. Love the controls at the front of the machine. Clothes come out clean. No downside at all..

This machine has been nothing but a headache from the start. Constantly having to stop and rearrange clothes because the tub is unbalanced even though the loads are not even heavy or large. It makes absolutely no sense at all. It goes to UE, spins and re-adds water over and over!! I really got screwed on this deal. To everyone thinking about buying this machine, I would only recommend it if you want your water bill to double, and your electric bill to increase because that’s exactly what will happen over time with this whopper!!! Piece of junk!!! Back to old school basic style machines for me.

I purchased this washer after careful investigation. I decided on a top loader and specifically LG due to their high rating. I found this washer to be esthetically pleasing as well as having superb functionality. Excellent machine.

Only 2 months, however, all is well. We are pleased with the good quality of the washer. We expect many years of good service from a "quality" machine. We also like the appearance!

This was a replacement of a 20 year old washer. The technology has improved alot. The washer was easy to install and setup. Very quiet with little vibration. Rings the water out of clothes very well, they are almost dry when you take them out. Recommend using HE detergent (low suds).

Read and follow the manual. Had wife read the manual before using and it made a lot of difference. Have had it 30 days now, and she keeps the manual close for reference. No issues at all to speak of, machine works great.

We waited for ten years with a hand me down from my mother-in-law before getting this unit. Couldn't be happier. I could care less about the efficiency at this point because the clothes are so clean. The whites just pop! At this point we are very happy...thanks Consumers Report!!!!!

Nice machine with lots of features and not high end price. I like that the controls are at the front of the machine. It comes with child lock and pleasant chimes when cycles are done. would recommend to anyone.

I am dissapointed that this machine caused my clothes to become slightly frayed and tattered, and did not clean well. I like that it dries clothes a lot and is alrge
