It is a good washer. I like being able to watch the cycle. I hate tge sounds it makes. The ding when it is complete it will not stoo singing. But overall it is pretty good.

We initially wanted to buy other brand but the promotion was over and sales person recommended this washer. We love all the features and value at which we bought this washer. Very happy and satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this based on excellent review in Consumer Reports. It is everything we expected. Really like the initial Load Sensing which helps to better balance the wash load.

Love the preset settings for basic wash cycles. and I love the top fold away vent to allow for easy drying when it is not in use. I am also a big fan of how efficient the spin cycle is, my clothes are practically dry after.

This washer is a toploader, but it|s really a frontloader on its side. It has lots of features, got great ratiings from consumer groups and came at a really reasonable price.

This replaced a 15 year old model that was tops in its day. The old machine couldn't hold a candle to this new model. It's capabilities are automated and returns on every promise made. We couldn't be happier with this purchase

would recommend this washing machine to anyone, I have all LG appliances including a refrigerator no problems so far. great product.

Neat cause its lid is clear. Does a good job. I wish it used more water. Don't feel like my clothes are clean if they aren't submerged in water. The water barely covers the clothes unless you select the soak option

Bought this washer three years ago and it's still washing strong! Very pleased with it's load sensing ability. It washes well and appears to be reliable! Hope to continue using it for many more years!

I like this machine..it does the job. If you're a powder user be aware this machine leaves powder residue on clothes. I think this is due to the small amount of water used.

This replaced a very old washing machine and is way more cost effective (energy/water efficient). Amazed by the size and performance considering there is no agitator.

Stainless steel tub is huge, load detector for saving water, lid folds for airing out so the mold and mildew is less likely to occur. Love the 10 year drum warranty.

Able to wash a decent load and know that it is only using the amount of water it needs to clean and still be energy efficient. I love how it tells you how long until the cycle will be done and chimes when it is complete.

This is the first LG product I have purchased and am completely satisfied with it. I would recommend this brand to anybody.

Wasn't sure about the "new" way of washing clothes, but it really works and gets the clothes clean. Like all the different settings for washing and rinsing. Like the end of cycle signal instead of the buzzing noise.

I love this washing machine. Had a front loader for 8 years and it was so nasty. This top loader is easy to use and i really like the settings. Clothes smell so good!! Makes me want to do a load everday. Tub is huge.

I upgraded from the agitator-style washer which was starting to tear up my clothes. I really like this machine and all of the options it affords! The "Cheat Sheet" that they provide in the manual is a lifesaver. :-)

Love the design of the machine and the many designs. Cleans the clothes real good. Only I didn't like was it is a little noise. Hard to wash just one item.

My husband is so impressed with this washing machine that he rarely lets me do a load. He never had any interest in the laundry until now. Double bonus!
