Only have had it 2 months, but thus far an excellent product and would buy again if needed. Serves my needs and LG's are nice.

I really like that it washes my clothes. The only thing I wish it could do is pick up the clothes off the floor, sort them, dry them, fold them up, and put them back where they belong.

It is great. For years I hated my front loading machine. Finally got back to a top loader and I am really happy. I feel it washes and rinses so much better than my other machine.

This washer is very good value for money. It has all the cycles and arrangements for softeners and bleach that I require. The design is contemporary and the capacity is good.

Rated number one by Consumer Reports. Quiet quality that saves energy. This machine displayed an "error" with a ridiculously small load (3 small garments used as a test load).

good buy for the money...love the design and buttons on it...quite operation...see an error code every now and then..will monitor and contact best buy if keeps happening.

We love everything about this washer. Control panel is very user friendly and you can set up your smart phone to the washer too.

This machine works as advertised. I like the delay timer. Much better than my ancient Whirlpool. Only drawback is that it takes about 75 minutes to do a full load.

Very quiet. Gets clothes really clean. Lots of adjustable settings and safety features. I'm very pleased! Qualifies for the Consumers Energy rebate too!

We bought this washer for our new house and we could not be happier with it. It washes all of our cloths in 2 cycles compared to 4 for our other unit where we used to live.

I like the top load machine. There is no mold problem and the washer and my clothes smell fresh. This machine has several setting so I can choose what is appropiate.

If this machine was bad, my wife would have made it known. Since she is quiet all things are great !!!!...TRUST ME !!!!!!!!!!

Does everything it is supposed to do at a price that was welcomed without compromise on quality. I strongly recommend purchasing the washer and purchasing it from Best Buy.

the washer has a sensor for size of load so it uses less water. the clothes have very little water so drying takes less time.

This is a great product. I like the look. The capacity is great and the machine is very quiet. The delivery was great and for the price of the hoses they hooked it up.
