DO sign up for the on line warranty registration. You will receive helpful emails outlining how to best use all the features of this washer. Really quiet and all clothes are washed completely. Key pad is easy to use. Musical tones at end of wash completion. Clothes , even towels, are almost moisture free at end of spin cycle. Have pulled clothes out of dryer after 12 minutes and they are dry. Amazing ! Long term energy savings may be underestimated relative to Energy Star label.

So far, I love this unit. Build quality appears to be excellent. It gets clothes very clean. The extra long spin cycles help compensate for our weak dryer by getting the clothes really dry beforehand. Build quality feels superb. Controls are easy to use. Very quiet operation. Balances loads intelligently and successfully too. If this unit lasts, it will definitely be the best washer I've ever owned. Happy so far ;-)

First of all, the price, for we paid for it, its an excellent investment. We got this to replace Bosch (6 years old). First thing you will notice is the amount of dishes you can put in it, 2nd, the noise, you can' t hear it, we had to stop and listen to make sure it working. Overall, so far we loving it.

Not only did I get a 6 month break from my water bill for buying such an efficient washer but it has really made doing the wash much less a chore. Can take large loads and spins them to damp dry so you don’t need to use the dryer so much. Would highly recommend.

I just used my new washer today. I did 4 loads of laundry (e.g. Towels and regular clothes). It's quiet, works efficiently and the best part it determines your water level so your clothes are not still dripping when the load is finished.

We went in to Best Buy looking to get a front-loader, and the very helpful salesman pointed us in the direction of HE top-loaders. All I can say is that I'm very, very glad he did. It has the efficiency of the front loader with the ease of loading/unloading of a top loader. Plus you don't have to buy those stupid, overpriced pedestals to make sure you don't throw out your back bending over. The washer does an awesome job, is super quiet, and has plenty of features, although it doesn't have some of the sanitizing options (not that I miss them any). Also, I think the only color was white, which is OK but I'd prefer some options. All in all I would recommend this washer to anyone without reservation.

This model is excellent. You will find it has alot of options for different settings including water temperatures for those who like to customize there washes. Plenty of room for large loads. Clothes are always rung out really well.

Clothes come out basically damp. Spin cycle rocks! The clothes aren't all twisted & tangled Into each other either. It's large inside w/no agitator, so I fit more & do less loads of wash.

This washer is not only efficient, but it washes clothes well and is easy to use. There are multiple cycles to choose from but it is not complicated at all. The washer senses the load size as well and adjusts time accordingly.

This machine cleans well. It's very good at not tugging hard and tearing fabrics. The end of cycle chime/music is very low key. I can hear the chime pretty easily with my utility room being centered on a single level floor plan. It may not be well noticed otherwise. It's a lot more pleasant than a loud buzzing noise though. Being my first h/e machine, I found it has a lot to offer if you research how to use it properly for effectiveness. Register it and review the information LG gives you. I also researched YouTube and found a plethora of info on High Efficiency washers. Each cycle and option has a specific function per specific type of load. You can really enhance the performance and get better economy by using it how it was designed to be used. I don't like spending money and not getting 100% use of it. I'm just a dork that way. With that being said, I am very happy with this washer,. There was a lot more to learning the do's and don'ts than I initially thought there would be after researching. Very quiet and creates less work for the matching dryer with it's high speed spin. To my surprise, there are dry spots on some loads after completing cycles. Don't let the LG washer explosion videos scare you. They are a generation of h/e machines behind. The "True Balance" anti vibration system really works well. Load it as the instructions/manual tells you and your good. The perks are plentiful.

This machine replaced a 15 year old washer. Huge improvement and very easy to use. Quiet and really conserves water. Great choice for us

Feels fancy with all the buttons, digital display and victory song it sings when the wash is done. But it cleans much better than my old standard agitator washer. So far no issues. Takes a lot longer to wash but I think the additional capacity makes it a wash :)

I've only had this for a month but so far, all is good. Compared to my last front loading washer, this one is so quiet I can barely hear it. The other sounded like it was going to launch through the roof! My only warning, and it's not the washer's fault is that I either have to use a stool or a pair of tongs to get all the clothes out. At 5' tall (or short) I cannot get the small clothes items out from the bottom. I knew this when I bought it but just beware if you are short. I love hte size as I do a lot of animal bedding and it handles my king size sheets and blankets. Overall, I'm pleased.

I have loved this wash machine so far. It has a wonderful design and I love all of the washing options. I go through far less detergent than I ever used to based on the high efficiency. Loads do take a longer amount of time than my old agitator style wash machine. But, I feel like the clothes come out cleaner, smelling great and fairly dry from a great spin cycle meaning less work for my dryer! The only negative would be loads can become unbalanced easily. If you take time and put the heavier items on the bottom and try to spread all the clothes out evenly, that won't happen. All in all, this is a great machine!

the first machine we received had to be exchanged because there was a problem from the factory. Once we received the second machine we started washing clothes. This machine holds twice as much as our old washer. The clothes come out clean and almost dry. Though it takes a little longer to wash a load the time you save in the dryer makes up for it. This also lowered our electric bill because our dryer does not run as long.

This is the best washer I have every had. Does a great job cleaning clothes and is very fast. The only issue is when doing heavy bedding you may get the unbalanced warning. We are aware on how to load these now and it's not an issue for us. Highly recommended!

Great purchase! This washing machine is incredibly large and does such a good job on the spin cycle that the drying time is minimal, even for very large loads.

There are a lot of reviews talking about how it stops and takes time to balance. I have seen this happen only a couple times. Once when I first set it up then I shimmed the bottom legs to level the washer out and I haven't seen it happen since. Everything I have washed has came out clean with no soap residue. My suggestion to anybody who bought this would be don't overfill the detergent and use the right cycle for the right clothes (ex: bulky for towels) if your washing things that are really dirty you can always put the soil level up which adds time but rinses better

Awesome washer. Not as quiet as I had expected; however, the settings make up for it. Good product for controlling the level of water usage. Never had any problems with detergent residues or issues, so far. Washes my comforter (Queen size) with no problems.

This top loader washing machine was rated #1 by Consumer Reports so I decided to try it instead of buying a front loader machine. I bought the machine on sale and haven't seen it advertised anywhere else for a lower price. I had free delivery and set-up by Best Buy which was on-time and painless. The machine is very quiet and easy to load since it doesn't have the old-style agitator in the middle of the tub. I've owned it for several months and it seems to wash very well.
