Love the top loader glass to view wash; tub is large enough for quits and blankets, quiet and many cycle options

Highly rated by Consumer Reports. This is my first high efficiency washer and I'm really enjoying its features.

Great machine but the complete wash takes almost twice as long compared to my old Kenmore that broke down.

Wrinkled clothes. All top loading high efficiency washers will wrinkle clothes due to low water and the agitator twisting the clothes. I have tried all washer settings, I have tired small load of cloths, I have tired large loads of clothes, and also a combination of different types of clothes, and I have tired the same type of clothes and different washer settings. My old washer broke so I considered getting it repaired but the cost to get it fixed and the parts, plus the chance it will brake down soon again (either same problem or different reason) I decided to go with a new washer. I do like the capacity size of these new high efficiency washers. I bought a iron and a iron board… the only solution to top loading high efficiency washers. As for front loading high efficiency washers, they are high maintenance due to mold along the seal.

I love my washer!!!! It has made previously washed items better...it's gentle, but gets the items super clean.

One big issue with this washer...since it was constructed for anti-vibration, the tub has free access to move around independently inside the washer. Seems like a great idea in theory. In reality, anytime a large item or items are washed it results in an "unbalanced load" and tub will begin banging viciously inside the washer during the spin cycle. The washer senses this and sends the process back to the rinse cycle. Stupidity...tons of water wasted in the process, I thought the world was moving toward environmentally friendly solutions, this is counter-productive. The other suggestion from the manufacturer is to manually adjust the load. Ohh..that's a great idea, I guess I assumed that in 2016 I wouldn't really have to manually adjust a load of laundry. Matter of fact the engineers should have stuck with the models of old because even those models wouldn't need a "manual" adjustment. Engineers missed a glaring flaw in this one folks!

My new washer is super quiet. The multiple choices for loads is awesome.

I researched washers for WEEKS before finally deciding to purchase it. This year, the brand I typically buy was not rated very highly by Consumer Reports. I was leery about purchasing an LG, although we have had very good luck with LG TVs we have purchased. However, after much contemplating and researching, I did purchase not only the washer, but the matching dryer. The washer is very easy to use (I am still a little leery about computerized washers, but I'll follow up in 6 months with an update.) and is cosmetically appealing, especially if you must place it in a living area. The washer is so quiet you can barely hear it when it's washing! Also, it has an adorable song it plays when it's done. Love it :). It has an AMAZINGLY LARGE capacity. I'm going from a washer with an agitator to an HE washer, and I wish I had done so sooner! Although it does take longer for the washer to finish, being a working mom, I'd rather throw as many clothes in the washer as possible and leave them in longer while I clean the rest of the house. I just threw a comforter in there, and it cleaned it with NO problem... I used to bring those to the laundry mat....The only negative for me is that it's difficult for me to get clothes out of the bottom of the washer, as the tub is quite deep, and I am only 5"2. So, I have to lean on the computerized control panel, which I am anxious about. As for Best Buy, I had not intended to purchase this at Best Buy, however, they were the only company that had a floor model. I was happy to find out that they also had the cheapest price around...Add this to Best Buy's amazing "18 month same as cash" credit card, and it was a no-brainer to purchase not only the washer, but the dryer. We have had the BEST customer service EVER with Best Buy. My husband has used his extended warranties on various electronics, and he has NEVER had an issue.... STUNNING, really! And, in this case, customer service is going well. The guys who installed this washer called the night before to tell us when they would arrive, then actually arrived on time! All in all, a WONDERFUL experience and product thus far!

We have had this washer about a month. It is in use constantly and so far it is doing great. Nice sized!

Product has many cycles that are useful. Price is right! Very happy!

First thing I washed was a king size comforter. Did a great job.

Clothes come out smelling and looking great! Less drying time therefore you save on you gas/electric bill.
