    I was very excited to get this new washer. I had never used a top-load without an agitator in the middle. Cycles are extremely long and the clothes on top when load begins, do not get pulled underneath like the agitator style does. Thus, the clothes on top stay there and are not much cleaner than when the load started. Also, the available cycles are extremely long. The matching dryer on the other hand is fantastic!!

    My husbands pants are still dirty after the soak and heavy duty cycle. My sons shirt arm pit area still smell too!!!!! Do not listen to the sales people who recommend this washer!!
