    First... u can not wash waterproof items in it...and it uses way too much water when trying to relevel itself when it is an unleveled load.so it take an extremely long time to complete a load. U basically have to monitor it to see that it continues to wash...I ended up returnibg it to the store. Oh and the clothes at the top never got washed properly ...it was not good at getting stains out.

    Washer did not work correctly when delivered,customer service via chat said to reprogram by unplugging and holding power button,that did not work.Called customer service was told to do a tub clean,again did not work.Called again,was told to put water in bleach dispencer when using bleach,told them unit was new and should be fixxed right.Repair company very helpful,installed new valve board,brain board, and front panel.Finaly doing wash a month later,will reveiw again after I see how it works.

    While I appreciate the efficiency of this washer, it never filled with enough water to cover the clothes and you cannot manually over ride it. Sometimes the clothes on top would still be dry! Then once the water does get in, it barely swishes them around which does not get them clean. The wash cycle takes forever as the washer is continually weighing the load. I have now returned the washer and gone back to the agitator and manual water level. I may use more water but my clothes are clean again!
