    Read many reviews before the purchase, this machine had the fewest comments regarding the out of balance problem. Washing towels the machine went out of balance, so it refills with water to adjust the load(water level is greater than before because the towels are now heavier) Have had to also adjust the water level to add more water. I am not sure about the new non-agitator and "smart" machines.
