GREAT WASHER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will not do a long review, but this Washer is well deserve of its 5 stars, it is a GREAT washer, It cleans clothes very well. It has gotton my whites truly white,it is quiet and I love the look of it. The only compliant, at times it doesn't seem to put enough water in, but to fix that just change your load to heavy/high it will add more water. Quick fix otherwise no complaints at all.. I love to wash my clothes and i am a tech geek, I like the music it plays at the end of each load. I feel the same about the dryer no complaints.

Love my new washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had my washer now for around 4 months. I never had a problem with the load being out of balance. I love the delay wash if I just want to put the clothes in before work & then have it start the wash an hour before coming home. I also love the end of cycle signal.

Great Washer for Large Loads Only
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the LG washer now for a little over a year, and it works perfectly as long as I fill it to the top with clothes. My issue is when I need to wash less clothes. In order to wash a load that is even three-fourths the capacity, I have to set the load to bulky bedding, which uses more water, otherwise the load will become unbalanced and stop until I reposition the wet clothes. I wash only our black clothing with other black clothing, and I wash a load of black clothing every weekend, as we are very busy and do all of our laundry on Saturdays. Therefore, at least once a week, and usually more, we have to waste a lot of water to do our laundry. If you wait until you have very full loads of laundry, then this washer is for you; if you wash on a schedule and/or wash smaller loads because of delicacy or sorting by color, this may not be the best machine for you. Below: I would recommend this machine to a friend, if it meets their needs.

Great big washer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you don't like to wash clothes all the time, this washer is for you! You can put so much stuff in it at once its unbelievable! Just got it a week ago and love it so far. Only problems are I'm 5'1 and getting clothes out from the very bottom can be challenging, most washes take quite a while but clothes come out very clean and when washing towels I often get an error alert for uneven load. Will try to update my review to let y'all know if it ends up breaking down or something!

Love this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this washer for about a month, and so far I love it, have had no issues. It's quiet, washes well, saves on water. I went from an agitator to this high efficiency, and it does get the clothes very dry but a bit more wadded up at the end. A quick shake of each item as it goes in the dryer just helps them to dry nicer. Best Buy delivery and installation was perfect.

The absolute worst washer ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When our beloved LG front loader died after 10 years doing 12 loads per week. we bought this washer because of the price and it was an LG. We loved the old one so much how could we go wrong? This thing washes poorly, spins poorly. It waste water like you cannot believe. Why? Because it refills the tub with water every time it gets unbalanced and it ALWAYS gets unbalanced, even tiny delicate loads. Some days it takes 12-14 hours to wash 5 loads of laundry. The constant resetting and refilling makes laundry day take forever. This machine is only about 2 years old, I need a new one but I would feel guilty selling this one. I would not even recommend this to an enemy.

First time with an HE washer, very impressed!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great appliance. The options, capacity and low sound of this washer are fantastic compared to the tanker it replaced. Sure there is a learning curve on the cycles compared to how one used an older, non-HE washer. But it is time well spent as this is a great upgrade! My wife and I are very happy with this purchase/

Great Washer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. Quiet and cleans well. Big tub allows for large loads, but also makes it tough for shorter people to reach the bottom. My wife has to keep a step stool in the laundry room to help her get clothes from the bottom of the machine. Not a big deal though. Highly recommended.

Quiet machine
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wound up with the white model(comes in graphite). But since its in a laundry closet, I couldn't justify the price difference for color alone. Extremely quiet with soft close top. Sits next to babys room without disturbing her.

I love this washing machine.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a match to my dryer. LG is the best thing out there right now and Best Buy had a great price and delivery service. I like all the features and am very happy with the ease of using the LG washer and dryer. It is a great buy.

It's okay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's an okay machine. It's supposed to be energy efficient and it's supposed to use less water. We'll I haven't noticed a decrease in my electric or water bill. I will say it uses less detergent and for the most part it's quiet. It takes over an hour to do a load if you wash with cold water. I've noticed when I wash sheets it throws the load off so you have to adjust it. It's a large machine and the tub holds a large load easily. Basically it's a washing machine clothes go in dirty they come out clean! Takes a bit getting used to a washer without an agitator.

Sucks!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have fun baby-sitting every load of laundry you do with this machine. Constantly gives an error code and I have to readjust the load. Takes 2 hours to wash one load of clothes sometimes! The washer also wastes water, it will continually refill the water to try to get the load to balance. Seriously if I could lift this machine I would throw it off a cliff! Worst purchase I have ever made!!!! Buy something else! Terrible!

Good washer but only lasted 2 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had this washer since Thanksgiving 2012, it worked fine. But out of the blue in Sep 2015, it was showing "E6" error. And the technician told us it was the mother board that has problem, and the cost of repair is $465 + tax. We did not buy extended warranty because every washer we used before lasted more than 8 to 10 years and they are all used ones to begin with. I guess probably the new appliances are not supposed to last 5 or 6 years, the maker just want us keep buying new products. If you have too much money to throw away and wanted to spend $700 every two or three years for a new washer, then this is the definitely the product for you.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up buying this washer after spending a ton of time online reviewing all the features and reading all the reviews. Sales guy was great, delivery team was great... However, 3 weeks after owning it and getting to use most of the cycles I am disappointed!!! First off, this "high efficiency" machine ends up filling with so much water I'm wondering how they can possibly label it that. Then, my clothes are sometimes still dirty!! I have 2 boys and a husband who has a lot of gym clothes and I don't feel like are getting cleaned very well at all! It takes over an hour to do a load # my last washer took 40 minutes#.... At first, I thought ok I can deal with that because my new dryer takes less time and I'm getting more laundry done at once... But not worth the extra time when it isn't cleaning it right!! When I read the owners manual, it states that it recommends doing 8 lb loads of laundry..... What is the point of buying an extra capacity washer to sit there and do a million small loads!!! So frustrated, I will be returning this and hope it isnt' past the return policy.

Too little water! It does not wash!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't be fooled by those praises: it uses sooooo little water so it cannot clean your soil clothes. It also take hours to Finnish. So since I bought the pair, my utility bills (water, sewage & elec) are actually much more...

Not for bedding/blankets
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The salesperson at BestBuy really sold us on the new top load washer. We went in to buy a front load and ended up buying this instead. The washer works great if you are only washing clothing. I have no complaints about it's ability to wash clothes. If you plan on washing bedding or blankets this is not a great machine. It doesn't matter if you put in 1 sheet or 5 blankets it will error out and tell you the washer is out of balance when it tries to spin out. I had to babysit the washer every time I tried to wash bedding. The washer is supposed to be a high efficiency washer but what they don't tell you is when it tries to balance out from being out of balance the washer fills completely full of water and then tries to spin again. I watched my washer fill completely full 4 times in an effort for it to balance. To me that is not efficient when you are using that much water. Needless to say we are returning this for a front load like we originally planned. On a side note the dryer works great!
