Our last washer was an LG and it lasted 10 years so when we had to purchase another we decided to try LG again.

This washer is extremely easy to use. It has several settings, depending on the type of laundry, but not so many that it becomes confusing. The extra large drum lets us do loads that are twice the size of our previous washer, but still gets everything clean and dry with the spin cycle at the end. Even towels come out extremely dry, which cuts down on time in the dryer. I love the front control panel, and the glass lid lets you check on the clothes mid-cycle to make sure all are being soaked/washed without using more water than needed. It is very quiet (our laundry room is on the second floor, next to our bedroom). We have had no problems with hearing it whether we are downstairs or in the room next to it. I often have to open the door to see if it is still running, because I can never hear it. We are 100% satisfied with this purchase

LG has really gone above and beyond with this washer. As soon as it was delivered and installed, which took all of 15 mins, I immediately began to use it on any and everything dirty I could find. I even stood over the washer to watch the entire cycle lol. Wasn't sure at first how clean clothes would be considering that there was no longer an upright agitator in the middle. But to my surprise, everything that I washed came out cleaner than ever before. Comforters, sheets etc. were all cleaned beyond expectation. With the delay wash, I can also load clothes and set for it to start the cycle later which is a plus. The cycles take longer than what I dealt with before with my old washer but it is definitely worth the longer wash cycles. Im looking to purchase the matching dryer soon.

I love my new graphite gray LG washer. I upgraded from appliances that were 15+ years old. The delivery and installation was fast and efficient and they started both machines before they left and made sure they were working properly. I'm still learning all the digital controls and settings but learned the basics quickly so I could wash everything in sight. I have had the machine a couple weeks and I still like to stand and watch the routine it goes through to weigh the clothes and get started. The little tune it plays when it's finished reminds me of a 50's TV show theme song. I didn't think I could be so excited about a household appliance.

this LG washing machine is a great value and it's super easy to use. It's also very quiet.

After reading reviews and comparing in my consumer reports on top load washing machines this unit has proved to be an excellent choice. I used a level and made sure the unit was set in place correctly. I make sure the load of clothes are distributed evenly and select the appropriate wash cycle and liquid detergent. The unit has done an excellent job and the clothes are clean. It has not had an unbalanced wash as of this writing. I have owned the unit for a month and my 2 college students bring their clothes home to wash. I have been very pleased to date. The graphite color was my preferred choice and looks very nice.

I bought matching pieces with the large capacity up front digital controls and smart technology. Sorry thought I did the washer first but the flat top on both washer and dryer makes it easier to put your laundry baskets on the top with ease! Very quiet I love that its open and it is still a top load washer! And both are full size and no pedestals needed. Very easy to use!! Love these 2 products

This machine came recommended from a trusted appliance parts store that had been in business for over 30 years after our Whirlpool started leaking after only 4 years. We were going to have to replace the entire inside unit for $200 to $300 and I figured that it would be a waste of time. We saw lots of great reviews to go along with this machine and Best Buy had the "best" price on it. Quick, easy setup and on time delivery. The machine has been great so far. It is quieter than the Whirlpool and seems to be put together a lot better. Clothes wash great. Great machine and I hope we are still using it 10 years from now.
