After two months it is working and sounding good .

Washer capacity is large and well built. The machine not only operates well, it is well built and very pleasing to the eye. The machine is quiet and does not vibrate the whole house. The top load feature is also very well thought out, the lid when not in use collapses and folds inward so the machine can air out. Our front load very expensive machine you had to leave the door open or it would smell. This is a great machine for the money and that must be why consumer reports rated it #1.

I liked washer better than dryer, but still like American brand better.

I am happy with this purchase so far. It has an x-large capacity and has plenty of room for my comforter. There are plenty of cycle options and gets our clothes clean, although I have yet to test it with tough stains. It uses less water but seems to run longer than my past machines. You can't beat the price for what you get.

This machine replaced a top of the line Maytag unit that was only about 6 years old. We bought it because the entire house vibrated when the old one went into spin cycle. It is WONDERFUL! It runs so quietly, you hardly know it is on even when nearby. Beyond that, it has many nice features such as the lid that has a small door that can be left open when not in use to air it out. Capacity wise it can handle about twice what the old one could handle and it gets our clothes very nicely clean. DEFINITELY would recommend to others.

Great washer. Really sets up easy with many choices. Cleans clothes very well. Even comforters. Best Buy had it in sale. Enjoy the quiet operation. Hi-style gets lots of comments. So happy I chose this unit. Sales rep was knowledgable and helpful. Took my old machine and delivered this unit on time and free.

This is a great HE washer for the price paid. I enjoy using less electricity and detergent over a standard efficiency washer. The 4.5 CuFt tub size is great. You can wash a giant load of clothes and this washer doesn't break a sweat. The tempered glass top is great for watching the washer do its work if you are curious like me. It takes a little used to the longer cycle times with HE units when coming from a standard efficiency unit, but it's a small price to pay. Overall this is a great washer and I recommend it.

Got this washer during a weekend of a big sale. Great value and overall great washer. Clothes come out smelling so much cleaner with less detergent. Does require HE, but most do these days. Sound level is appropriate. Large enough for a comforter to get fully clean. It also doesn't have an agitator, which is great for delicate clothing. Contemplated between top and front load washers and after many reviews and consulting others, opted for the top loading washer. Worked in our favor as those are a little cheaper.

I looked at a lot of units and after reading reviews this seemed to be the right one. So far 100% right. The machine is very quiet and really doesn't use that much water which is crazy how it cleans the clothes so well! The machine is downstairs and replaced a front load GE washer about 7 years old thatr you could hear on either end of my house running, the other day I was standing right next to it and had to look inside to make sure it was working. Like I said very happy so far I would recommend this to a friend.

The cycles are preprogammable but can be customized which is nice. The digital face is easy to learn and understand- I didn't read the manual. You can leave the lid open partially to air out the tub. My clothes come out clean as they should. I have no complaints. I bought the whirlpool (cheaper one) and it made a donut with my clothes and didn't wash very well. I returned it and bought this washer instead! Very happy!

We've had this washing machine for about 3 months and think it's a great machine. We previously had a GE front-loader that was much more expensive and so far, this machine is far superior. Our favorite part is the stability control - there is absolutely no shaking, even when you wash a comforter. With the top load, there are also no mold issues. Additionally, this machine has a unique style. Lastly, it's high efficiency and does a great job getting stains out with very little detergent. Great machine!

Too many controls. Confusing for doing simple washes.

We reviewed many washers prior to settling on this model. It provided everything we needed at a reasonable price. Once installed, it has exceeded our expectations. Clothes are much cleaner than the old washer was able to accomplish in a much shorter amount of time. The automatic load detection and water level is a great energy and water saving feature too. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the washer. We have been using it for about three months now with great results.

This is my second machine within a year with Best Buy. My 1st machine was not very good, lots of problems. After a lot of communication with Best Buy they replaced the, (other new machine) with another of my choice. I worked hard with communication, but they came through in the end. I especially have to thank an employee by the name of Ken at the Waterford, CT. store. Who truly followed through to make sure I was totally satisfied. He is an asset to the company, I just can't say enough about him, great attitude, great follow-up, he works AWESOME for you the customer to get resolve! Thanks so much Ken!

the normal cycles work fine, needs HE washing liquid .. cant go with powder. Quick cycles wont get rid of stuff from clothes like if your child puked or something like that.... for those you have to go the non-water sense route and do the extra rinse.

I love using the washer/dryer combo. It is very energy efficient pertaining to water usage. It is stylish and the clean steel compliments the color of our laundry room. With the laundry capacity of both machines, I was amazed that our laundry room had more physical space compared to our old washer/dryer combo. I use to be responsible for doing the laundry for my family. Since we have the LG washer/dryer combo, now everyone wants to do their own laundry. The combo is amazing!!!

This is an excellent washing machine that does everything as advertised. It measures the load and uses the appropriate amount of water for that load. The machine has numerous cycles for any clothes you may have and does a great job washing them. On the downside a typical cycle will take at least an hour from start to finish to wash a load of clothes. Other than that this is an excellent product.

Upgraded to this unit from a 10 year old model, and extremely happy with my decision. This washer came highly recommended from friends and major publications. It is very easy to use once you get used to the buttons and cleans wonderfully. Really wanted a top load model as I was not happy with my previous front load model (moldy and low to the ground). These new top load models do not have agitators giving you tons of capacity! Another plus is this thing looks fantastic!

Really to set up and can get started right away because functions a very self explanatory. Runs very quiet and the spin cycle gets the clothes very dry so I don't have to run the dryer as much.
