Love my new washer. Lets me know how long each wash cycle will be. Checks to make sure the load of clothes are balanced. If not I get an error. Great feature. Doesn't waste water. Clothes get super spin, so they feel a lot dryer. Helps my dryer time. Clothes get really clean as well. Very quiet

This LG washer is huge, but is so big getting things out of the bottom can occasionally be hard though this is a minor issue. Also sometimes loads can get out of balance requiring a quick hand sorting. Otherwise, it performs well, cleans clothes well, and again it is huge so large loads are great. Plus it is energy and water efficient. I'd recommend it.

We've only owned this machine since July 20th so less than 6 months. I appreciate it's large size, and quiet sound. I assume it's energy and water efficient but that has not yet been reflected on our utility bills. I can wash the sheets and blanket of a king size bed in one load. I sure could have used this while raising four children.

With two small children I'm always washing clothes. This washing machine has stood up to the challenge. My kids clothes are cleaned thoroughly and treated delicately. I love love all the settings. My son loves the music as you push the buttons! The biggest plus is the size of the drum. It's huge! I can easily wash my comforters.

I love the washer's extra large capacity and feature selections, and it's quiet! Items that get very heavy when wet tend to get so off balance that the machine stops and you have to balance and re-start to get through the load. A happy tune signals the end of the cycle. If it holds up well over time, I'll be very happy with this machine :)

I recently purchased new washer and dryer set from Best Buy after existing washer literally expoded. Price was very reasonable and have been pleased with purchase. I particularly like the lack of a center agitator which makes it easier to load and increases capacity. Seems to take a little longer to wash, but no issues with results.

Usually this washer washes the clothes/bedding/etc great. There have been a few times when the cycle is done I go to transfer the clothes/sheets/whatever to the dryer and the items on top aren't washed or even wet. I have 4 boys and do a LOT of laundry and this has only happened a couple of times. Its very quiet when its running.

This washer is huge. Holds a lot of clothes and does a great job cleaning. The wash cycles do seem a little longer than what we are used to. I much prefer that over the sounds are old washer made. This one is pretty quiet. We like the design. I guess the only issue you might have with it is something might slide off the back if you are stacking your clothes while folding. So far not a problem for us.

The washer is user-friendly and has many different options for washing clothes. It has an over-sized drum so you can wash comforters easily. Also, it's great for getting 12-14 bath towels washed all at once. I'm doing less loads of laundry each day because of the size. It's also very quiet. Love this washing machine!!

This is a great performing, great looking washer. We are very happy with the ease of use and how the clothes come out very clean and pretty dry. It is also amazingly quiet! The technology allows the washer to decide on the size of the load so we conserve water.

Washes great, quiet, gets much more water out of the clothes so the dryer doesn't take so long!! Just ordered the matching dryer to see what else I have been missing!!

My wife and I are satisfied with this washing machine. We researched many washers before deciding to go with this model. Although it hadn't been on the market long before we purchased it, the reviews were great from testing companies. We really like the lowest price guaranty that Best Buy has. We have continuosly checked to see if there is a better price and have not been able to find one.

Replace my 8 year old LG front loader with this, and absolutely love it! No more mildew smell from the design flaw of front loaders and it no longer sounds like a helicopter is in my home when the spin cycle kicks on in my 2nd floor laundry room!

My wife and I are happy with the washer. Gets the job done. Large capacity rarely have got close to filling it up. Would be nice if the mode selections were able to be selected directly rather that having to cycle thru all to choose the one desired.

This is the first washer I have purchased on my own and I think for the price, it is a great value. I have three teenagers and am constantly doing laundry, I am able to wash quite a bit at one time and cut down on the amount of loads. I also love the stainless steel and the fact I am able to open the lid to dry out the washer after doing the laundry which prevents the mildew smell.

Strange at first for the machine to measure clothes and water needed, didn't seem to use enough to cover items, but seems to clean with a minimum of water, don't have to guess size of load and water need. Also works well to auto balance the load or asks you for help. Plenty large for any item or load, love the stainless tub and the look. A little strange to not see an agitator.

Had the washer for about two months now and it seems to be functioning as expected. I mainly use the standard Cotton/Normal cycle, which runs anywhere from the programmed 57 minutes to about hour and 15 minutes depending on the load. Have not had any issues, but have noticed that during some cycles the tub refills completely during the end of the rinse cycle. Not sure if this is normal or not, but it sure does not seem efficient in terms of water usage.

This washer has greatly reduced the number of loads of laundry we complete due to its large capacity. Our three teenage sons are very active in sports so their clothes are extremely dirt and this washer gets the clothes clean without requiring the clothes to be washed twice. We love this washer!

I can not comment on this washer's performance yet since I have not used it. However, it has a very large capacity drum and looks very sleek and modern. Although I love the look of a front loader, I do like the functionality of a top loader and since this one looks very different for a top loader I feel very happy with this purchase. Will comment later on performance once I use it

I just bought this washer and it worked great for about a month or two. now it is constantly saying unbalanced load along with not draining all the way. I have gone through all the troubleshooting methods to fix it but am tired of trying to fix a brand new machine. I am not overloading it and am not putting in heavy clothes with light clothes. Either way I believe it cost around $850. i would expect the quality to be better given the price. I guess i was wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS
