Love the washer. The extra large capactiy allows me to wash many more clothes than I used to be able to, cutting down on my laundry time! I was even able to wash my extra large king size comforter for the first time at home! Downside is that I can't wash my heavy blanket with my light sheets. It caused an unbalanced load that was a pain to get straightened out.

This has been a really great washing machine so far. Lots of great features and a really great look in our laundry room. Only problem was that the original machine delivered was faulty (dryer lock didn't work) so I had to wait a week to get a replacement. Fortunately, the delivery team was really apologetic and helpful so it wasn't the end of the world.

The washer was purchased because the one I had broke in mid-wash. Best Buy was having a Labor Day sale that was very good and the brand of the new machine was good as well. I am very happy with the fact that it is more energy efficient and less noisy than the old machine. I believe this machine will last for a while and it user friendly with the touch button controls.

When I started looking for a new washing machine I was skeptical of the new models out now and did not want to spend more than what the 'old style' washers were going for. I read the reviews and decided to step up to this model and I have been completely satisfied. The clothes are cleaner and the wash drum is huge compared to my old washer.

Loved the washer and the wide range of clothes options. But, the unit flashed a E6 code and shut down. Tried to restart and the tub made a loud, grinding sound. Called a local LG repair service and was told that the main tub seal failed which ruined the tub bearing. This could have been a recent failure or a year ago that it began. In short, it would cost more to replace (i.e. labor) then buy a new washer. Not always sold on an extended warranty feeling that a brand new unit should last 5-7yrs before something fails. I think the word I'm looking for is quality. But to have such a critical part fail inside of two years is unacceptable. I will NEVER buy another LG product.

not loud, huge tub, enough features for us, does not cover the clothes all the way with water on first cycle but seems to get them later, super spin gets clothes very dry but take care getting out because they are pretty knoted up. now we need a bigger dryer cuz we seem to keep over loading it!

both washer and dryer are quiet. love it. So far no problems. delivery gus was in such a hurry and did not have the right tools to do the jobs right . I told them to just leave and hook up all my self. If you want the job done right you just have to do it your self. Got my refund back for set-up and my gas stove and washer and dryer are working just fine.

It is easy to use. The clothes come out very clean. Large capacity holds blankets and other large items. Great stainless steel interior. Easy to keep looking pristine.

I love my new washing machine. It washes tons at a time. The only problem with that is you have to fold tons at a time too! Not my favorite thing. I'd definitely recommend this washer to a friend.

I purchased this washer intially wanting a extra large capacity washer to handle queen size comforters. this washer was on sale and the sales person assured me it good handle the large load easily. they were correct. The is a great washer with nice features. And it is very quiet.

I love the large tub! I'm 5'3" and I have to tip toe to reach the bottom of tub! The machine is fairly quiet which makes late night washing great! If you use the detergent cup the detergent dissolves, washes and rinses just fine. I washed for 5 days after my unit was delivered; clothes, bedding, towels, greasy work uniforms, etc... No problems!

This is a serious washer with many useful presets. It does a great job washing my clothes while doing so gently and quietly. It has a large capacity reducing the number of loads I need to do each week. This is a smart buy.

Still getting used to it. Like the spin only cycle, good for getting extra water out of big towels, other items. Got the silver color, looks nice, but why does it always have to cost more? Going to try the steam cycle on king sized bed spread.Like the big capacity tub, but I am short & have to stretch to reach bottom; hope I don't fall in!

Very apprehensive about purchasing new washer and dryer, because the set I had was approx. 15 yrs old, and still had the old fashioned agitator and these new things did not have one. Best decision I have made in years. This thing cleans so much better than I thought! Love it!

I love everything about this washing machine. It looks BOSS and is amazingly efficient but doesn't rattle the rafters in my house. I continue to be disappointed in "post sale" services. The installation team charged had to jury rig the hoses to include my steam dryer because they didn't have the tools or accessories to complete the job correctly.

This is an amazing machine that has all the efficiency of a front-loader but with top loader access. The volume is enormous. Lots of washing options! The lid is configured so that after washing, the user can allow air to flow into the machine, so no more front-loader "stink"!

We bought this as a set with the LG steam dryer, and we love them both. They are fast, efficient, and quiet.

I can't believe how far washers have come. I actually enjoy using this thing because I can literally dump TONS of clothes in it and they all come out clean.

This is an excellent buy. This is our second lg washer of this kind. We moved to Florida and bought one there. We liked it so well we bought this one in Texas for our new home. It works perfectly. Very quiet and efficient.

Super quiet and senses the load size prior to filling up with water to use the proper amount for your washing needs. This washer senses the load contents to keep in balance prior to spin means no more banging sounds coming from laundry room during unbalanced loads. Only wish is to have a hot water option when using the speed cycle.
