LG front loading washer is easy to use and quiet. It does big loads and has many settings. I haven't used the steam feature yet. It takes longer than my old washer to do a load but it does a good job and the time doesn't bother me.

Quit, easy to use, gentle on clothes and still come out very clean. Would recommend for sure.

We've had our LG High Efficiency Steam Front Loading washer for over a year now with ZERO issues. The unit is very quiet, efficient, and has been a great performer. It was rated well by Consumer Reports and we concur with that assessment. The installation by Best Buy was professional and well done as well. Overall, an excellent purchase for us so far.

I am glad I purchased the LG and not the GE washer. The capacity is good, has multitude of options - including steam clean. I did have a problem early on - the nozzle for the steam clean located on the top front of the drum started leaking ever so slightly when the washer was not running. Called LG and they sent a rep right away. After diagnosing the issue it turned out that the solenoid valve had small dirt/sand particles that prevented it from closing all the way. Valve changed and no problems ever since. Tip - ensure that the washer is level during install and definitely make use of the abrasion/non slip pads provided.

I absolutely love this LG washing machine. I bought one just like it in 2009, and then had to sell because we moved out of the country. Just moved back and knew I had to get the same washing machine. It's quiet, and it's amazing how little water it uses, but always gets the clothes so clean!

I AM quite pleased with my selection of the LG WM3370HWA washer, and have been using it for a few weeks now. The machine was installed by BestBuy; all went well. A few things to note follow, and may be helpful for you to know in advance. The website "required" me to purchase a separate set of new hoses if they were to do the install, yet a set of new hoses IS included. I was offered to have the purchased ones returned for credit, but I decided to keep & use the better metal set. My house does have relatively high water pressure, yet the pipes never made noises. This washing machine changed that; pipes clunked loud & repeatedly as the energy-efficient washer adds water in many small spurts. After adding maybe-unnecessary supports to my house piping where they were hitting, I bought two Mini-Resters / Washing Machine Arresters (~$11 each) and that ultimately resolved the problem. When I finally got around to reading all the fine print... I discovered that in addition to the "Tub Clean" cycle, one should wipe out the seal around the door and more, after EVERY use. There's also a washer filter on the front needing cleaning monthly. My guess is that the folks that say these front load washers make laundry stink don't know these machines do need a little regular light cleaning/maintenance. Everything is functioning quite well, and I'll soon look into the online/app features. I expect to soon become accustomed to doing laundry larger in load size with cycles more lengthy... gladly making much more efficient use of MY time.

We are on well water and have a bad well so a machine that used less water was our focus. After a few months of use its holding up great! Runs very well and is easy to use. With 2 young boys the boys come out looking great and unlike our old machine we don't have to run a spin cycle twice before putting into the dryer.

we are very happy with this washer so far. It's extremely quiet and uses very little water. But still gets the clothes clean. And we have three kids who are very active.

This washer is the total package, It gets huge loads squeaky clean, with very little water and electricity. It's also almost silent. I highly reccomend it. It's great value for the price.

I have only had this washer for a couple of months. So far so good. It is very large and offers a lot of features. Super quiet. I check once in awhile to make sure its running. The next test is its durability.

The LG washer has been great. We have had it for about two months now and much better than the GE we owned previously. No smell, no shaking like crazy and it plays a really upbeat jingle when finished. Also, the door has a magnet on it that keeps it from closing when not in use. I'm sure this is why it doesn't smell. Anyway, really happy with this product and LG in general (have LG fridge too).

Washer works well. Settings for all type of clothing material. Very quiet and uses very little water. Top of machine allows platform to fold cloths after washing/drying.

This washer is quite! Does a great job cleaning. Love the speed wash. It has a bunch of features. Tells you (through your cell phone) when it is time to clean the tub.

The washer cleans my clothes well. All I have to do is choose the proper setting. If the clothes are really dirty, I have it use extra water and that works. I have had no problems with it.

This is our 2nd LG washer. The first became inoperable when the pump died. Like the first, this steam washer is solidly built, quite and has pretty quick wash cycles. The Sanitizer cycle is a little slow (close to 2 hours from beginning to end), but it gets white closes really clean. If you buy one, keep the door open after every wash -- the tub starts to smell if you close the door and lock in the moisture.

I love this thing! It's smooth, quiet, efficient and cleans very well. I suggest you take time to correctly level and install it, well worth the effort.

This washer has more programs than you will ever need. It spins the clothes nearly dry and it is super quiet.

I purchased the set in Conroe, TX and a week later moved to Fargo, ND for a military transfer and was not able to get the installation with Best Buy. I will never do that again....learning to properly install a washer/dryer set and making sure everything was done correctly (electrically, leveling, ect..) was such a pain and time consuming. These new washers are super sensitive when it comes to an unbalanced load. Literally the washer will spin one direction and then change the other way to try and balance out and will spend 30 mins to an hour trying to balance out before giving you an error code. And that was just the leveling instructions to run a rinse/spin cycle with 6lbs for a load. I'm sure it will get better, but after spending the entire evening until 2 am installing and making sure the set worked properly, I haven't wanted to do any laundry since. LOL Still am happy about it, but if you get offered the installation service, TAKE IT!!

I am very impressed with the performance of this machine. Clothes come out very clean! It has many different settings allowing me to customize each load according to what is necessary, whether it is a quick wash that is only about 15 minutes or a heavy duty wash for those extra dirty work clothes. I love my new washing machine!

Washes very well. Very little noise. Easy to use, just turn the knob to desired program and push start.
