Nice machine but the setup instructions don't work

The setup instructions don't appear to match the machine very well, So, when it tells you to press buttons to do the setup, it isn't going to work. I ended up using the App and the audio check which just said everything was working and I just started using the machine after that.

The agitation looked really good as I watched it. The spin cycle did a great job. It didn’t take long to dry the clothes. I’m very impressed!

Spins out water faster than anything we’ve had before. Makes drying time quicker. And we’re saving money on electric bill. Extra bonus kids love is the tunes it plays when it’s done the washing cycle. Very pleased with this machine.

It runs so quietly that I had to check to ensure it was working. It was. A large comforter easily fits. I highly recommend this washing machine.

In the past i purchased Kenmore, Whirpool, and Samsung machines. The LG is on another level. My clothes smell extra clean!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer is fine, but due to a poor experience I had with the dryer I bought at the same time and the company itself when trying to return within the holiday return window, I would never purchase a large appliance from Best Buy again. And if it does end up not working, I already know from previous experience that the manufacturer will not be helpful. This washer doesn't make much noise and doesn't take long to complete cycles. But still, if you needed both a washer and dryer, I would buy another brand and purchase at a store that actually honors its holiday return policy, because Best Buy does not.
