    We love it! Easy to operate, not noisy and did a great job on the laundry. The installation team did a fantastic job on the install. Went over the operation of the washer and made sure we were happy with our purchase. This is why I use Best Buy.

    As of the today I'm learning how to use the washer properly. I'm a little confused on the adding additional water cycle without filling the tub completely up !?

    Works as easily as it looked like it would. I haven’t purchased the washing machine in the last 10 years and all the new bells and whistles on this one make washing much easier.

    I never thought I could fall in love with an appliance, but then I did!! Both the washer and dryer fulfill everything that I have a popper want it in a machine. The Washer agitation is perfect for all types of loads. It’s not loud as most and clothes come out clean every time.

    It does not distinguish between white cloths and permanent press. The wash-liquid slot is not located conveniently. It is not possible to open the lid and add forgotten cloths while the water is still getting filled. And I simply hated the delivery process; giving a 12 hour window is contemptuous if not hateful.
