Great washing machine. We are back to using a washer with a agitator and clothes are cleaner than ever. Easy to use. So far so good.

Washer works very well for the price. I have no complaints. I wasn't sure about having an agitator, but there is a lot of room. Hopefully, my comforters will fit, it appears so. Installers had no problem hooking it up.

great buy , quiet, the agitator cleans well. sturdy and heavy, looks like it will last for a long time, doesn't feel cheap like the lower end models.

A good upper-middle range appliance. I chose this one over the others because I wanted a top-loading washer with an agitator and the ability to do deep fill because I hate the low volume HE machines. Has more features and settings than I will use. Delivery and installation through Best Buy went well.

Very pleased! I chose this from the recommendation of my Best Buy sales person, and was on the fence, but it is great! Have been using for over a month now, and it cleans well, seems efficient, and is quiet. Delivery was quick and easy, too!

So far so good, you have to just put it to deep wash and select deep fill to make it like a normal washing machine.

Just purchased after owing a front-loader. This washer capacity is huge! Seems to be doing a great job so far, but just owned a month. Washing cycles are long.

My new washer is beautiful! It has a large stainless steel tub. This tub shape and size makes it so easy to load and unload the wash. And not only does it clean the items nicely they are practically dry when removing them. Really nice washing machine!

Excellent product at a good price. Cleans well, easy to program, gives remaining time for load. Instead of a buzzer when finished, has a charming chime.

This washing machine is easy. It washes a full load just as well as a small one. It makes very little noise and its taller than other washers which makes it compact

Does a very good job washing clothes. Runs alot quieter and has less vibration than our old washing machine.The controls are easy to use and it has a 10 year warranty.

Love the look and size of this. It replaces a front load which I began to hate (so inconvenient and smelly) So this top=load LG is a beauty. Huge inside. I like the deep fill feature because it doesn't seem to have enough water otherwise. Still learning the features. Also very cool that you can open the lid to add garments.

Easy to use and with the agitator, no more uneven wash loads to vibrate during the spin cycle. Great value. Excellent Best Buy associates

We have only had it a few weeks, but my wife likes it very much, as no agitator works well on her clothes that need a gentler wash, but still does the job on regular clothing.

We love our new washing machine, works so well, quiet, and loving having an agitator again. I def recommend this washing machine if u are in the need of a new one.

Have owned this since 2023 it has been excellent unit, while it doesnt add the amount of water i like to use it still does the job with the right setting i prefer deep wash

Excellent Washing Machine! This machine replaced our twenty- year-old front loading Maytag. It is considerably more quiet and also it does not vibrate during the wash and rinse cycles due to the advanced technology. Our clothes seem to be cleaner as well, and so far none of the odor associated with the old front-load machine. After about four weeks or so of use, we are quite pleased!

It’s a good washer, except for one thing I really don’t like. I almost returned it. The softener dispensers fill up with water when it’s finished if you use deep wash. You have to dump the water out every time you use deep wash. The regular wash cycle uses very little water, so the dispensers don’t fill up with water after the washer finishes. It also gets off balance with big loads.

Quiet, easy to change cycles, spin cycle dries clothes enough that they don't have to be in the dryer for long. Love it.

Overall, really good experience. Have had some issues getting everything clean well on normal settings because of the high efficiency lack of water. Using deep clean settings for normal loads though provides enough water to clean well consistently. Runs quietly and smoothly. Overall would recommend.
