I was replacing an old washing machine and was amazed at the size of the tub. It is very easy to use.

Based on the weight, size of the load, the internal computer automatically determines how long it'll take to wash. Clothes come out super clean removes all odors, unlike front loaders. Left the dog's bed smelling like new. Easy to operate unlike other brands. Takes the guess work out.

Had to replace our Maytag that was <4 years old after the board went out (don't buy a Maytag washer!) The LG was easy to use, easy to set up a load, and plenty of options depending on your washing needs. Also, the steam from hot water cycles does not come out of the lid like it does with a Maytag (again, don't buy Maytag!)

The process of buying the LG washing machine went smoothly and the employee who waited on me was patient, friendly and informative as to the process of delivery, etc. However, the delivery was horrible, hurried and machine not leveled or tested. They came around 9 PM, which was fine, but hurried the installation and when I asked how to run it, the installer gave me the manual and told me to read it. It is not really complete in explanation and I am finding it very difficult to do the different processes of washing clothes and changing time etc. I wish there had been one in the store to give a explanation of how to work the machine. Not too happy with it, but perhaps with time will learn to use it efficiently.

Easy to use, I love clear cover. Very spacious, can easy fit blanket in it. Deep water clean is my favorite setting

It's quiet, easy to set selected cycles and I love the count down timer.

Only had a short while, but it's a nice little washer. Ours has the agitator in the middle, so not as much laundry at once as our previous washer, but there's only 2 of us and it still fits a good amount of laundry. Very quiet and we always get a kick out of the little chime at the end of the cycle. Has enough options for us. interesting has the app you can download to do a health check on the washer. Hopefully it lasts.
