This washer was a big change for us. There is no longer any agitation cleaning motion used. It is very quiet and uses very little water. It seems to get the clothes clean. The digital timer makes it easy to see just how much time is left until finished. The little musical jingle is amusing.

Washer works great! Clothes come out so dry from the spin cycle hardly need anytime in the dryer. It is a very deep washer so if you are on the shorter side, you may need to stand on something to reach down to the bottom to retrieve your washed clothes.

This machine is so quiet, that I don't even know that it is on! It has a very large capacity and one of its cycles removes most of the water, so I use the dryer for less time. My only problem is that it is tall and I am short, so I need to use tongs to reach the clothes on the bottom of the machine.

After trying to decide between a top vs front loader, we chose this model after advice from the best buy salesman. It has been a great purchase, clean wash. However cannot do a load with clothes of different texture/weight (blanket and sheets). Not a huge deterrent as still a good purchase.

Only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the liquid fabric softener compartment is too small. I fill it to the max and it doesn't seem to be enough for a large load. It's awesome because I can wash a big load of laundry, but the fabric softener is getting the job done with the amount I'm allowed to put in.

I have only had the washer for a couple of months, but so far it has done a great job. It is big enough to do in a single load what I used to do in two loads. It is not as quiet as the salesman claimed it would be, but it is much quieter than the front loader I had was.

They brought me one that's open box, and failed to have it run because there was a missing item to it! As if it's my fault, they did not admit their mistake and also tried to bring a refrigerator! What on earth we need and look what's coming! They then promised to bring another one by Wednesday 19th however called me a day earlier to say they can't do it! Now we have a washer that's not operating, and there's nobody doing nothing about it as if I paid it for a trash and I don't get a service for it! This is no good! 1-fail to bring a working washer 2-promise to bring new one 3- tried to bring a refrigerator!!! 4- called afterwards to say they won't bring a new one 5- where's so called customer satisfaction 6- waste my finding calls I don't thinks this failure of service will end, because they don't have communication among each other!

I would highly recommend this washer to anyone looking to purchase a new washer with a large capacity wh o is not looking to spend tons of money. Washer can easily do large comforters and bedding. Great machine!

It's a lovely washer. Not a single problem. It lacks some features but it makes up for everything else, giving it a good balance. If you are interested in a great deal for a washer that does exactly what it says it can do, then this is the one. Plus you get to hear cool music when it starts and finishes.

I was searching for a larger washer to handle comforters and blankets. I have several pets in the house so covers often need extra laundering. This is perfect for this. The only downside is smaller loads do seem to get out of balance more easily. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

Omgoodness I LOVE IT! I can do so many more loads with this washer! I wish they had this years ago! Not to mention I noticed my PG&E bill drop too. Super happy!

This is a very good machine. It cleans clothes well. I had a agitator washing machines before and it has taken awhile to get use to loading the clothes correctly. It is getting easier all the time. The machine cleans my clothes well and it washes a lot of clothes at one time.

seems to get an odor and it is too electronic for us

This is a great guitar, amp,tuner,stand complete pack. The price is excellent for the quality of the components. The guitar is unbeliveable go the low price. I have many guitars that cost a lot more some are no better than this one.I love the three tone sunburst finish.

The load size is great, but the fact that I still hear water swooshing around below the actual tub is a problem. I'm not sure if anybody else's machine has that issue but I do.

If you're looking for a beautiful washer (digital panel is awesome!) so many features And a great price go with this washer. No middle piece in washer so large king comforter will fit and also energy and water saver

Machine does not do small loads. Machine is always off balance and have to rearrange load - then machine completes cycle but load is no different from previously rearranging. Have to set new cycle to spin only. Absolutely hate this washer!!!!!!

I love it. Very large load size, cleans clothes very well. I was worried about the wear on the clothes after reading some reviews, but no problems for us. Very easy to use for any type of clothes or settings. My teen actually started washing her own clothes. :)

This washer and dryer pair are excellent. We love that the appliances let us know how much time is remaining. Plenty of options for longer dry times, etc.

The basket is HUGE & cleans well! When spin is on High sounds like it might take off, but that is my only observance, otherwise it cleans well and does everything the manufacturer claims. Best Buy install was professional and would use them again.
