I love my new washer! I didn't know how bad my old washer cleaned until I used this one. It's very quiet and holds a ton of clothes. I love being able to adjust the spin depending on what I am washing. This isn't an issue for me because I am tall, but a very short person would have trouble removing the clothes after washing because the tub is very deep. This is the first LG appliance I have purchased and I am very impressed.

This is a great washer! I was initially worried about this machine not having a bigger agitator but I'm glad I purchased anyways. This machine gets my clothes cleaner than my old regular washer. The clothes seem to smell better for a longer time too! It does take about an hour per load but I think it's worth it. Overall a great washer!

The washer is easy to use, with no need to set water level or temperature since this is done automatically as a function of the size of the load and the type of laundry. The operation has been trouble free and the washer even plays a pleasant tune when the wash is done. The unit also fits well within a confined area.

So far I like this product however, I'm sorry I didn't purchase a front loader. The reach to the bottom of the tub puts me on my tip-toes and doing some interesting gym movements to reach the sock left behind. The washer does a good job cleaning and the controls are easy to use. The signal could be a little louder. A friend has this same model and says when the tub becomes unbalanced during a spin cycle it will stop. I haven't experienced this as of yet..

I was looking for a washer with no agitator - Best Buy had this one on sale for $200 off. I've had the washer for one month and I have no complaints. It cleans the clothes well, and because there's no agitator, I've been able to shorten my weekly washing by 2 loads, so it's a timesaver as well. The loads do take longer to wash than my old agitator washer, but it has been worth it.

Amazing how much laundry can be washed at one time with this washer. Very quiet with some nice bells & whistles. So easy to use with so many features already preset when selecting type of load. Most of all, it is a money saver.....less loads, less detergent, less water! I highly recommend this!

I love, love, love this washer! I'm a front-loader hold out, and was so happy to find a comparable top loader packed with features. The load sensing feature makes it so easy to just toss a bunch of clothes in and truly let the machine do all the work. The detergent & fabric softener trays are awesome. Cleans my clothes so much better than my old GE washer. Two thumbs up!

This is a great washer. It is a little hard to set up. it is very important to make sure it is level properly so that it does not make strange noises, once this is done properly it is a great machine!! has all the cycles I need. It does not quite fit my oversized King Comforter, but my comforter is huge. The washer has a great capacity. It fits 2+ of my old size loads.

Great machine. Glad I bought it through Best Buy as the first one did not work right. Calling the company in Korea was of no help...at all. Best Buy brought us a new one and took the old one away along with the headache of dealing with "KorEnglish" and getting nowhere. Thank You Best Buy

We bought this top loader the LG brand after going back and forth between this one and a Samsung model. We are very pleased with this washer, as the washer can hold a lot of laundry. It is also very quiet and plays a nice tune when it is done washing. Very pleased with it.

I have had this washer for almost 6 months and with a house full of kids I can say this washer does the job and does it well even when filled to the max! I have had some issues with unbalanced loads but only when it is not filled full when washing heavier items. I do wish you could soak items as it is a top loader but am overjoyed to say no issues with any smell like the front loaders we've used in the past.

I'm thrilled to have a large capacity washer so I can wash my comforter without having to go to the laundromat. I love that it detects the load size and uses the appropriate amount of water based on load size, and that it dynamically adjusts the remaining time to fit the needs of the load. So far I am very happy with this unit.

I got this washer after mine finally died. I don't do a lot of specialty washing so didn't need many bells and whistles. I do like to use energy star or high efficient products when I can, so this fit the application perfectly. Works great and cleans clothes really well. Easy to use and was set up in a matter of minutes.

Purchased this washer to replace a Cabrio. Besides being quieter this washer doesn't ball up the clothes like the Cabrio did. Happy with the capacity and the array of settings available. The 10 year direct drive warranty made it an easy selection.

I never bought a washing machine without an agitator. It holds so much more than a conventional machine, uses less water and cleans well. I purchased it from Best Buy since the prices were the same as the other stores and I have their credit card.

I think this is a great product . There is only one issue and that is the UnEven wash load feature, Everytime the wash load is uneven the machine gives you a signal and does not start again until you balance it. If your washer is in the basemnt as mine is, it adds alot of time to the wash cycle.

Really large inside. Great for washing big things like comforters and sleeping bags. Not so great if you're short. I have to be on tip toe to reach the items on the bottom and I'm average height.

Inside is spacious without middle agitator, cleans clothes fine, easy functions, chimes at end of wash. Cant see inside washer because of child safety lock when in operation. Takes a few seconds and makes a little noise when starting load.

This is a high-quality washer that came with a $100 rebate from the local power company because it is electricity efficient. Extremely quiet, but usually takes over an hour to clean clothes. But with a high-capacity drum a lot of clothes can be washed at once. Many options available for cycles, but it is not too confusing to figure out how to use them.

At 1st my wife was hesitant on expending this much money. I finally convince her on models after reviewing spec’s. Best choice, this unit does what is claims; very smooth, quiet, large capacity and bedding capacity (no more taking large comforter to cleaners). We bought on a BLK Friday deal..
