This washer cleans great and much faster than the front loader it replaced. It operates very quietly also. I would definitely recommend this washer.

Love the large capacity of this washer. Does a great job of spinning out water. WiFi capabilities is limited to 2.4 ghz band only. So we are not able to use the Smart WiFi features.

never knew a washer machine could be so quiet....easy to use and rinses and drains well....do notice it is best to leave door open when not in use to dry

Great so far, nothing to complain about with this washer. Its very quite, default setting work great, and its easy to use.

Easy to use. Tub is really large; I can was two sets of queen sheets at a time. Machine runs very quietly. finished chime can be turned off

I like the washer a lot! The load size is great, the spin is wonderful, and it seems to clean well. The recommendations that I would have for improvement would be: Fix the dispenser drawer so it doesn't always leave water (sometimes even soap left behind) after a wash; make the door changeable because just the one side opening choice isn't good for my set up situation; and you could make the alarm louder-even on HIGH I don't hear it from my basement unless the rest of the house is totally quiet.

We had a previous LG that lasted for many years doing a good job, so we decided to stick with this brand. Glad we did as it s very easy to use and does a great job of cleaning the laundry. Very water efficient as well. One big bonus is that the machine fit right into the previous pedestal so there was no reason to buy the new one even though the old machine was from many years ago. Thanks LG for this favor!!

It is a good washer. Just what we were looking for. Great job cleaning clothes and much more quiet than the old one.

The machine has very useful cycles, quiet, washes closes very well. would have given 5 stars if the cycle selections were easier to read. Must use flashlight to read.

I purchased the LG washer dryer stackable laundry bundle about a month ago. I moved into an apartment with the laundry hook ups in a bathroom with only enough room for a stackable or laundry center. I chose this set because I love the LG brand and because the units have enough room to wash and dry bedding. The washer has a magnet on the front to allow the door to remain slightly open when not in use, preventing mold growth. The set has large tubs, they are attractive and easy to use. Love them!!

This is a perfect washer for your home. It will amaze you on how clean your clothes will get. We had a our daughters dress accidentally caught in her bicycle chain. The grease and dirt was removed from from her dress. Towels will come out soft and clean. Additionally, we have not had any mold occur in the washer. The app for the washer is easy to use and we love using it. In addition, we love how the app tells us when the washer is done.
