Went between a few brands for a front load washer dryer set. This one had highly recommended reviews and was easy to purchase, looks modern, is quiet, sings a song when complete, and the 3rd party delivers were super nice!

The display is very hard to read. I thought I had to turn on the diplays light but you can't, they don't have one. Now I have to keep a small flashlight next to it. And forget reading the one way up on it matching Dryer stacked above it. Not even the flashlight would help even because it is too high to read, and I'm 6 feet tall. This is the first time I shopped for a washer and dryer and I really learned the hard way to really give the the products a good inspection and ask more questions about little details. The problem is that you get so caught up with the bells and whistles, that its easy to overlook a simple thing like is the display lighted. Although in the super bright lights of a showroom the display probably looked easier to read anyhow. And I really had a chuckle and still do every time the machine turns on/off and the cycles start/stop. It talks like R2D2m the short beeping robot in Star Wars; must be a distant relative. Even with this big disappointment, I will give it the 2 stars for its cleaning skills, I was especially pleased how it treated my pillows. Made them seem almost new again. Sill, I just can't get past that display, that's a really a big mistake in the design. And there's so many settings to choose from that you really need to see it well. If LG comes up with a way to swap out the display for a backlit one. I would even pay to have it done. I really have to stop in to the store and let them know how disappointed I am. If it wasn't beyond the point for returning it, I definitely would. Boo hoo.

Love my washer very good very good. I’m saving electricity not wasting water. I have no complaints. I love it. I’ve own them for two years and so far they’ve been amazing washers and dryers. Love the app that it tells me Love the app. It tells me that if anything’s wrong I love that. It helps me when you washer has ended. I love it. It tells me when the wash has been done. Hold up very good so far! 2 years also my basement is not any best conditions or quality, but it has kept up really good

II LOVE MY MACHINE but if your connection is under the sink PLEASE make sure that you have. Someone there to properly install your machine. VERY POOR INSTALLATION JOB!!!!! LEFT ME WITH A BAD LEAK

Easy to use and quiet for its size, completely satisfied.

So far my washer has been great. I have no complaints about the product but beware of the Best Buy customer service and delivery team. The delivery team not only put two holes in my wall while delivering the products but cracked the pan underneath my appliances that I was planning to reuse. I was directed to order a new pan and call back to have the team come out and replace it (which Best Buy does not offer pans on their website so I had to order a new one on amazon) and since I did not order one from Best Buy, customer service said they cannot send the team back out to replace the new pan I was instructed to order...... They instead offered me a $25 gift card to their store. What a joke. The gift card does not even cover the cost of the new pan I ordered and now I have to figure out how to lift the washer and dryer myself to get my new pan underneath. Absolutely horrible experience. I will be canceling my Best Buy credit card and will never be ordering appliances from Best Buy again. I do not recommend them because they created an issue and were not able to help me.

I've had this washer for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier. Free install from Best Buy. Make sure you have a drain pan for the washer or Best Buy will not install (at least that's what the initial installers & Best Buy support told me after the fact. So I had reschedule them to come back to install. It doesn't show this as a requirement on their site or in the cart either.). It's large size is good for washing items like comforters with no issue. Haven't played with the Built-in Intelligence yet but so far so good.

Easy operation, spacious capacity, easy to keep clean. Great match to the companion dryer.

This washer is beautiful and smart. You load it and it will determine the water level and then start. We are so happy with the washer we had to go out and get the matching dryer, and that was a great decision. Because they wash and dry quiet and are smart machines. I now recommend the LG appliance brand to friends now.

Does a very good job of cleaning the clothes and with the higher spin cycle the dryer doesn't take near as long.

Great washer/dryer combo! It can fit a lot of clothes and washes it well. It’s top notch.

We are seriously in love w this set. Laundry in half the time... super easy to figure out & I don't feel like we waste a ton of water. The only thing is the pods with powder dont seem to dissolve but thats probably because its not being drowned by a tub full of water. We also have them stacked in a closet size space. We can't shut the door but they are not ugly to look at so that's fine for us. I highly recommend!!!

In love with my new appliances. Never had such nice items. We have small laundry room so we bought stackable kit to stack them. It's perfect. Would reccomend LG anytime

This washing machine is incredible! It washes very well in all cycles, I have used it for 2 years and I’ve has no problems. I would buy it again! 100% recommended!

I love the look and multiple options of this washer. I also like that I can drain the remaining water left in the drum from the front of the machine which always grossed me out from my old top loading Samsung. Also, the main reason I bought this over my old Samsung, is because I ALWAYS got a unlevel code on my old washer, so annoying! Not with this one. The only thing I dislike about this one is how long the cycles are. Also, it is slightly smaller than my old one, but I am headed toward an empty nest, so I don't require the bigger capacity anymore either.

Very washable nice and quiet working good seems that save me water the only thing if I put a blanket is to have and lets the cover very wet don’t drain all the water in the spin I have to put small amount of clothes

The whitest underwear ever. Smooth and quiet work, efficient, 15% less water bill. Fully satisfied.

This is my 3rd LG washer. Same model and features. The only change this time was changing the dedicated buttons for wash options to a touch screen. The touchscreen appears to be designed to be backlit, as the options are etched in the glass. For whatever reason, they decided not to light the button selections or the text for the selected options. It is really hard to see light grey etched lettering on a black background. When I saw the model in the store, I assumed there would be some sort of lighting, but there isn't. I hate to complain, but this is stupid. The photos don't do it justice as the photos enhanced and brightened the options.

We've done about three loads a day for one week straight and so far no issues. The washer looks so beautiful in white. Can't be happier with this purchase.
