Works really nice, seems to use less water than a regular top load but coming from one of those I feel like the cycles also last longer. But it open box at my local BB, unused, and with some dents but I’m happy with my purchase.

Because I was horribly ill w/ a communicable illness, I could not be downstairs when Best Buy’s techs. we’re delivering the LG 3700 washer. I figured that there would be an equally great instruction manual. Boy, was I ever disappointed!! I asked my spouse & he related that “the guys just pushed buttons”. Thus, I referred to the manual that only related that I should do something w/ my phone. If a person has only a landline, what is that individual to do?

I like almost everything about it! Like the color, options, easy to use and how easy it is to connect it to WiFi. But just as my previous front loader after it's done with all the cycles, the detergent compartment has water in it.

I previously owned a front load washer. This washer has all the bells and whistles, I especially love the notification that load is finished.

Works great, love it. The service at Best Buy was fantastic and the installation was smooth and quick. It's also beautiful. Same goes for the dryer, which we bought at the same time.

Silence a reliable, not like the old ones, it has Allergie Cycle we love it.

I am a skeptic especially with buying washers that aren't Samsung. However with my last Samsung washer, I was outdone and many problems. LG brought it home with this washer and the settings are absolutely wonderful!

Great washer — many options and works. There is that wifi connective function that really isn’t relevant. It’s a good washer.

I wanted to love this machine since it uses lot less water and clothes come out dryer which uses less time in the dryer. The first year it run smoothly without issues but right after the warranty ended it started leaking from the Botton. Geed squad agents came to check on it and said it was prob too much detergent, couple of loads after their visit and while using less detergent (btw Tide HE detergent) its leaking again. am I supposed to use no detergent? My old machine lasted 15 yrs too bad this one double the price only a year. plus its running my brand new floor

I research front loaders and this one was in the top 5-6 in Consumer Reports. Works great, instillation instructions were good. Wi-fi is too far away so it’s a wasted feature for me

Totally forgot I had laundry running until the machine sang its little “I’m done!” song. I have older animals that have accidents so it’s really nice to have the steaming features. Love this washer.

We are very pleased with our order. They appear bigger in our laundry room but they work great.

After reading all the reviews I decided to purchase this washer. After only 4 months of use I noticed one of the fins on the inside is already broken! I expect a washer to last longer than 4 months before needing to be fixed!
