Love this washer very much and I have been busy washing clothes

I have been eyeing front loaders for years and am not disappointed!

So far, I love it! No complaints with the appliance!

This washing machine has been a real dud. It lasted from June til October, when the main tub bearing went bad. LG replaced it on warrantee along with the whole drum since they come as one part. There was a leak immediately after the repair. 1 week later, while in spin mode, it sounded like the house was coming apart. A week later, when the repair person returned and opened it up, he discovered that the newly installed drum had split in half. One month later and I'm still waiting on parts and can't wash clothes. While that's a "First world problem" it's not what you expect when you pay so much for a washing machine. An to think the reason I bought this was to prevent having the issues I was having with my old washer. I'd have been better off keeping the old one.

I purchased this washer 7/1/2019 and been having issues with it. One of the main issues is that the machine would just stop moving but still making noise as if it is still washing’s clothes it also doesn’t give a lot of water I don’t know if that’s common I used to go to laundromat.

It’s a beautiful looking appliance but first I noted that water leaked back into the soap dispenser. I used the machine a couple times a week so not a problem but if I went out of town maybe water would overflow. Howerever I noted my clothes looked pretty beat up after cycle. This morning it shredded my rug.

This LG washer is a huge step up from the ancient top load Kenmore I replaced. The LG wash/spin cycles are very smooth/quiet and, most importantly, your clothes get very clean. I'm not sure how much the steam feature really makes a difference in terms of deeper cleaning, but It's nice to have the WiFi capabilities and get push notifications to my mobile devices when a cycle is done. Set up wasn't too difficult using the LG app and my home WiFi network. Even the chime played by the LG is a very pleasant little jingle when compared to the gratingly painful buzzer noise made by the washer I retired. I always felt like I lost a round in a game show when a load finished. The LG display can be hard to read and change settings, but it's not a deal breaker. The main dial and physical buttons on the new LG are user-friendly though. I know there are other appliances on the market with touchscreens and other bells and whistles, but it's a washer, right? Overall, I'm pleased with this LG purchase.

I had to replace a 14-year-old (very reliable) Samsung dryer that finally died, and figured the washer wouldn't be far behind, so after some research, I bought this LG set. The first "wow" was how much laundry this washer holds as compared to my old washer... WAY more with this new one. The second "wow" was how much more quiet this one is vs. the old. Third (and I'll stop) is the spin cycle! The spin is so effective (and again, quiet) that clothes barely feel damp as you transfer them to the dryer, making drying time much shorter! And with teenagers and their thick sweatshirts / sweatpants in the cooler months, towels, sheets, etc, this washer is very efficient at getting everything nice and clean. Admittedly, I haven't done much (yet) with all the "AI" features. And the "musical tones" (which you can turn off) were, at first, a little annoying, but I've grown to actually like the tune! LOL! Granted, I may be one of the few guys who doesn't mind doing laundry, but this set makes it pretty painless.

Super quiet, loads of features & options, clothes come out clean and fresh. I'm a big fan of LG appliances, but I do have one complaint about their washer & dryer control panels. They need to be back lit as it is next to impossible to see available settings. I have to keep a flashlight nearby so i can see the settings. This is an ongoing complaint that LG continues to not address. Other than that this is an excellent washer.

Had to replace 12 year old LG FL washer & dryer. I was hesitant to buy the same ones but all the other brands are too deep for my space. The Best Buy sales manager told me they have made big improvements since my old model (WM2077CW) and he was right! These are awesome!!! {WM3700HWA & Dyer DLEX3700W} My clothes are so clean & the machines are super quiet! I thought the WiFi option was completely unnecessary but it’s actually helping me stay on top of things by reminding me to “please unload the laundry”. The steam clean option is wonderful and I’ve cleaned all our towels and sheets (it does take longer so I probably won’t do this every time but hoping it will help with kids allergies) & the brightest white with steam setting got all the mud stains out of daughters white jeans. The speed wash is only 15 minutes and worked well for a small load! The steam option on the dryer worked great to refresh dance costumes without having to wash them, they came out smelling great after just 10 minutes. I asked for advice on how to keep away the mold this time and it was recommended to use powered detergent only and hot/warm water as much as possible. Gain original powder is working well and smells great. Also there is a tub clean cycle which my older one didn’t have, and the door will stay open where you place it (the old one was either wide open or closed which is a NO for a FL). I almost forgot; the display panel is easy for me to read & I don’t agree with the negative reviews on that. Happy washing! I love my new machines!

It washes everything, including oversized king down comforters! As a single mom of three kids, laundry is something that is always happening at my house. This washer does a great job and keeps me out of the laundromat, even with larger items. I love it, even after 4 years!

Love it, its quiet, and cleans laundry and love the wifi, my washer and dryer are in my basement and usually would forget about it for couple days but now i get notifications when its done sent to my tv, watch, alexa and my phone so i never forget about my laundry anymore. It not difficult to use so my kids can turn on remote start, pour in detergent and load the laundry and i can set up wash cycle, water temp and start it from my phone, they enjoy doing laundry now, and i can make sure the right cycle is used. This has been the second lg set ive owned and i love it. I can even wash king size comforters and blankets with ease.

Unbelievably quiet, large capacity and wrings clothes dry extremely well, even my queen comforter. This works perfectly for my laundry needs. I haven't used the app but will eventually. Only negative mark is the display; they can be hard to read.

Easy to follow instruction manual . Solid and sturdy in view of stability . Just make sure you have even floor placement . It washes the clothes well . Has different selection of your preference . Let the door open to dry the inside every time you wash . Self clean when time recommended . Noise wise no issue . Spin well according to your preference . Minimal water but rinses well . I bought warranty maximum as offered . In long term it will protect you and prevent headache . You could set with your smart phone to remind you if done washing . Generally we are happy with the performance . Space wise and amount of load I bought big . Great in all performance . Any appliance you take care well . Should never had issue unless the manufacture problem .

This washer was purchased as an urgent replacement of my Whirlpool Duet Front Loader. The Whirlpool washer lasted 10 years, but the rubber ring became smelly and moldy and could not be cleaned. I chose the LG washer because the rubber ring design is less bulky and is easy to wipe down. I am hoping I will not have the same issue. Overall, the washer works very well. I have no trouble reading the control panel. The washer is quieter than my last one and hardly vibrates. The clothes come out clean and smell nice. The high spin cycle wrinkles the clothes too much, so I use medium for just about everything. My biggest and really only complaint, as with other reviewers, is that the soap/bleach dispensing drawer ALWAYS has water in it after the cycle is complete. I have to remove the drawer and empty/dry it after every use for fear of mold buildup. I also leave the drawer and washer open to prevent this.

Great washer. Very quiet and really cleans well. Holds a lot of laundry, so I don't have to do as many loads. Spins great, so dryer time is also cut significantly.

Works so much better than my top load that I used to have.I will never go back to a top load washer. This machine does a excellent job getting clothes clean! Easy to used quieter too! Love the quick wash function.

I bought this washer after my older Samsung front loader threw a bearing and needed to be replaced. I tried a top load washer but felt that it didn't really wash clothes as well as my previous front loader. We've been using this one for about a month now and overall we really like it. It is nice and quiet and seems to clean clothes well. I tried the steam setting once because that is supposed to help to get clothes cleaner but I honestly didn't notice a difference. It did make the laundry cycle take a lot longer though. A normal cycle is about an hour. The same cycle using steam took a little over 2 hours. I set up the washer with LG's SmartThinq app but I haven't really found anything that is useful about it. Sure it texts me when the washer is finished and you can start a load from the app. But you need to be home to load the washer in the first place so I don't get the point. This machine has a lot of cycles, (probably way more than we will ever need) but it certainly seems to get the job done. The 2 most important things to me in a washing machine is that it works and is quiet. This machine does both.
