The only challenge is that the detergent dispenser is only big enough for one load of laundry. This means it needs to be filled for every wash.

No complaints, and love the app reminder that each load is finished, plus the ability to check remaining time on a cycle from my phone instead of going all the way downstairs to check. Super convenient!

Not much different from our 15-year old Maytag that died. Not convinced it is worth the extra cost for a "fancy" machine. Also, it emits a VERY strong rubber odor (from the door seal); it will affect the smell of the room in which you install it.

They’re both very quiet and despite being compact, I can still fit a queen size comforter in them without it being too full. I also love that I can program different cycles in to them from my phone.

You can't adjust the time and extra rents and several other optional features and most of the main wash cycles. Do you have to go to only certain types to do that. That's unlike other washers and dryers. Also the door is sort of flimsy so when you close it you have to make sure you're closing it from 3 PM not from one or 2 PM, if you view the front like a clock.
