My machine that was purchased there was not worth bringing home. My hubby paid for a LG Wave Force, Top loading, True balance. Supposed to save energy and water. It will not fill up with the water you need, It will not even put enough water to wash a small load and the time is outrageous, It is not only mine, My aunt is complaining about the same thing. I did call the mfg. when we first bought and they told me to put on different settings???? You never know with this machine if you are going to have the clothes even wet. No it is not the plumbing. This is the machine from hell, Can I get someone to at least look at it with no charge because I gave away a perfectly good washer for this one and have had trouble since the word go. You have my email address so lets see if I can get a reply. I have to stand over the washer and keep moving the settings just to wash a load of clothes. What is up with 105 minutes to wash and no water? This is not energy saving at all, My power bill goes up and the water bill ---- not enough to fill the tub, sometimes it fills up to about 3 in of water. I would love to see you print my complaint or is it just the good ones you show. I have always bought there and also for our Company but thinking that maybe I need to go somewhere where a customer service will do just that "Service a machine that has not worked properly since day one. If you want other names I can give them to you also.

I purchased this washer and it worked for about six months. Then the main operating system went out midway through the cycle. I had a full load of laundry trapped in the washer because there was no power to the unit and the safety latch does not release with no power. I called LG because it was still under warranty and experienced the worst customer service. They apparently only have one service company that will service the washer in my area which is five minutes from a major interstate and 30 min from downtown STL. It is now going on 30 days of me being without a washer. Since the repair company is at least ten days behind then having to order parts and then return to my home. LG at no time apologized for the situation. Also all my clothes that were stuck in the washer for 20 days all smell of mildew. I personally will NEVER buy anything LG again and would recommend that no one else does.

The machine uses so little water that the clothes come out dry and wrinkled. In addition, they get caught in the system and rip. I have never had items damaged in my laundry or otherwise and since I purchased this machine 5 months ago at least 10 items have been damaged. I need to wash items in a garment bag now. Sweat shirts and black items come out with yuck all over them - they do not go in with yuck. It looks like lint or detergent is splattered on them. I rewash and it does nothing. My friend purchased the same machine just before me. She has confirmed a similar experience. Machine goes off balance often. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE

Cleans ok. Nothing great. bounces around a lot. seems to get unbalanced error once in a while which is annoying.

I am so disappointed with this washer. The first one delivered had a bad clutch and was exchanged. The second washer never completed a load. The washer just went back and forth slowly and the time never changed. It would do this forever. I would open the lid and readjust the clothes but it would continue to go back and forth slowly. Thinking maybe this is the way it works....I let it go...and go..and go. It never moved to the next cycle. I finally just spun out the water. I even tried running an empty washer and it did the same thing. Too much work to do laundry. Returning everything. Disappointed...the dryer works awesome. Too bad the washer didn't

I bought this washer without researching it. I believed the salesman, and with the high price I trusted it was a super washer. During the first load, I noticed that it did not use much water and that some of the fabric was out of the water during the "wash" phase. The load took an hour to complete. It was the second load that the washer ripped the button off of my husband's dress shirt. I re-read the owner's manual and found that it cleans using friction between the items and I was supposed to sort my load putting the heavy stuff on the bottom so the light stuff won't get damaged. This is NO WAY to wash fabrics! My third load was kitchen rugs. Again, the top rug was 1/2 out of the water and it also took an hour to complete. I am a busy mother that works full-time. My laundry time is limited and to sort my load twice and wait an hour for each load is ridiculous. There was a 35 min. speed wash option that saved time but still left the top items out of the shallow water. I took the washer back, and found a large rock. I figure I can beat up my laundry just the same without the high cost!

I bought this washer because it did a really big load of laundry and was suppose to be very efficient. 2 yrs latter the washer takes aprox 1/2 again or even twice the time to finish load. It is out of balance almost every load, even 1/2 size loads. Washer is on recall and LG is not standing behind product as I would think they should. Lg is willing to replace but will not offer guarantee on replacement washer. I have 2 1/2 yrs left on my guarantee, LG voids old guarantee and only allows 90 days on replacement washer. With the history on this washer I want a full guarantee. The repairman who looked at my washer told me he wouldn't buy another LG top load washer.

I strongly recommend against buying this machine. My old whirpool died after 13 years so after much research I replaced it with this machine. Had it delivered at noon today, ran my 1st load through it and it broke half way through. Keeps giving me a error code and won't finish the wash cycle. I called LG twice and did all their trouble shooting to no avail. By the way, LG service reps are not friendly. Anyway, all LG wants to do is send someone out to repair the machine. I want a new machine, which I don't think is asking too much since this one has only been in my house for 7 hours and never worked. I refuse to pay full retail for a 'repaired' machine. After about 3 hours on the phone with both LG and the store where Ibought it I still haven't gotten satisfaction. I'm about to call my credit card company and dispute the charges in an a attempt to get LG to do the right thing and replace this machine.

This machine causes extreme wrinkling of clothes no matter what cycle you use. I have had my washer less than 3 months and already had 3 repairs with some parts replaced twice. LG customer service is horrible. They will not stand behind their product. They offered me no resolution whatsoever. So I'm stuck with a washer that I am very dissatisfied and gives unacceptable performance.

Bought this machine and after much research I decided to go with this and regret it. The machine did not clean my clothes, washed jackets and 45 minutes later the only difference was that the clothes were now wet. Used powder detergent and this machine would leave blotches all over my dark dress pants so would have to rewash. Had a LG tech come out, nothing wrong with the machine. I ended up calling BB explaining my situation and they worked with me and I now have a LG front loading HE and LOVE it. I would take a front load over a top loading any day. Stay away!

I wish I had never purchased this washer. It has broken down twice since we purchased it three months ago. It doesn't clean well at all--leaving deodorant stains on my clothes, for example. It often gets out of balance, and the wash cycle is nearly an hour. I owned a Maytag for almost 20 years until it broke without any of the problems just described. I would have been better off having my good old Maytag repaired.

We bought this with high hopes: top rated Consumer Reports washer. I really wanted to love it, but... clothes just don't smell clean coming out of it. I used Tide HE liquid detergent. Nearly every load was smelly, which has never happened before (or since), even when we had a front loader. We returned this for a GE non-HE top loader (3.9 cubic feet) with a good old fashioned agitator, which (on day #2) is working great and clothes smell just fine coming out of it. I'm just not sold on HE washers cleaning well. I did like the corresponding dryer, but we returned that too. Get a non-HE washer while they still make 'em!

I have three small children and I am pretty busy with them. They also produce a lot of laundry. I try and do laundry one day a week but with this washer it takes at least three days and you must stay near it to hear that its unbalanced. I would not recommend this product to my enemy!!!

Been using this washing machine for two weeks and very disappointed in its performance, constantly signals unbalanced load also, will not clean the clothes very well. Too many inconveniences for the price. Definitely would not recommend! Clothes come out smelling dirty/mildewey
