Great product, although I recommend washing heavy loads (i.e. towels) only when someone is home to monitor the imbalance possibility.

Nice washer with very large capacity however it does take very long time to wash a load. 45+ min. It also spins so hard you have to shake out the clothes before putting them in the dryer to prevent wrinkles.

I love my new washer! We have had it for about a month & have been very pleased. I am able to do fewer loads since the drum size is so large. It has also provided entertainment for my kids who like to watch the spin cycle through the window. It is much quieter than my last washer & I love the song it plays when finished.

I was very hesitant about buying this Kind of washer because, I'd heard that it was hard to use because of the balance issue. The salesperson said that it had been resolved, and I certainly have had no problems. I just moved and it seams like I'm washing everyday. It sounds like a spaceship but it gets the job done.

I love my washer. This has cut my washing time in half. This washer will easily hold 2 loads compared to my old washer. I love all the extra features it has. I also like the fact that the lid is clear and you can watch the washer work. lol

This Washer is by far the best washer that we have ever owned. It's High Efficiency top loader that is worth ever penny of the $999 which is the normal price for it. We got it on sale for $799. Great washer for the price. You won't be disappointed

1) Within the first couple weeks machine broke down and magnets had to be replaced 2)Takes on average 4to 8 hours to do one load of laundry depending on how many times the machine on balances 3) The bleach cup rusted out within the first couple years 4)Fast forward to seven years of owning the machine it has flooded my laundry room and is most likely not repairable and of course out of warranty

I love this washer!! It had some bad reviews but I love it. You can do a large load or a small one if you want. You do need to load it equally or it will stop running but that's the only problem I had. This is the first time I have an LG product and I highly recommend it.

Our new washer is soo much quieter and more efficient than our previous old regular washer. I can wash alot more clothes and they always come out clean.

I had a may tag that last me 39 years with no problems. So, of course I wanted a May tag again, but after making a comparison and research with other brands LG came at the top and had all the feature I want. I'am very happy with it and I love the way my clothes come out. Very satisfied

love this - very energy efficient, fun to watch, great value for the price. So far no problems. One time it gave me an error but I removed some clothes and then it was fine, so maybe it can't handle much. Just a family of two so I don't use it terribly often so it works for me. Love it.

I spent several hours researching and comparing washers before purchasing. This model has not disappointed me. Does a great job cleaning my clothing. I like how it automatically determines the size of my load to know how much water to use. I've already noticed in my water bill.

We have been very pleased with this washer. It has a huge capacity compared to an old washer with a central agitator. At first we wondered if it was using enough water but the clothes always come out clean. It also spins them really well so the drying time is much less.

I like the washer, It has a large tub, it has senser to only fill the washer with as much water a needed. I wash clothes every day, different size loads,it is pretty cool.

We had to make an unplanned purchase due to failure of our older machine. We switched to the top load from front load. Thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the load options and performance of the machine. More than enough capacity to hande any load that I have.

It's nice to have a soak cycle, its nice to have a HE washer that you can choose the water level on... It does not have delicate cycle and I'm not sure why I didn't notice that before purchasing it. Guess I thought the baby cycle would do the trick but it is not as delicate as my old washer. I had an HE washer before and there were times all of the clothes didn't even get wet! Not the case with this one... it truly does a nice job cleaning. Takes awhile but it does a nice job.

Hard to believe but my last washer and dryer lasted 23 years. Too early to tell, but I'm thinking my new LG washer (if it lives up to the Consumer Report ratings will outlast me (and I'm okay with that).

We purchased the washer and dryer set about a month ago. So far I'm happy with it. I can do almost double the amount of laundry I could with our last washer. I just wish the washer didn't take so long to run a load.

the energy saver features take getting used to but the machine is well built.

I love it, but probably in reality, it is too big for us! This would be great for a family of 3 or more. Going from an old agitator type to this, it is amazing to watch (glass lid)...definitely a thumbs-up!
