The product works great and has lots of presets so you wont mess stuff up. Seems to work really well and I haven't had any problems. The only thing I dont like about High Efficiency washers is you have to have special soap and softener which limits your choices.

I love the washer, but it takes forever to wash. Cycles have good options and it's easy to figure out the cycles. I wasn't used to the sensor for the water level , but since I got used to it, it's great.

We had our old washer for many years but could not hear the tv when it was running. This washer is exceptionally quiet. Hopefully, it lasts half as long as my previous one. I love the features but still getting used to all the buttons. I'm very satisfied so far.

I look forward to the savings in water usage. The direct connection of the drum to the motor should make it last longer. The large drum capacity allows easy washing of towels and bedding materials.

I like the very large stainless tub. The wash times are longer but you are washing many more clothes because of the large tub. Overall, I am very pleased with the top loader. I had a good front loader but hated a front loader. I'm happy with this washer.

This machine replaced a washer from 2007. I can't believe how much better this washer is. The capacity is impressive, I can wash comforters and large blankets with no problem now. Tons of options yet simple. For the price, I couldn't be more satisfied.

This washer took virtually no time to set up, the controls are easy to use and understand. Handles large loads and makes virtually no noise at all while its running. Great washer for the money.

If you don't want to wast space with a front load washer and you want to do large loads witout an aggetater, then this is for you. It will wash a king size comforter !! You can't beat that.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS WASHING MACHINE. I BOUGHT IT TO WASH LARGE COMFORTERS AND IT IS VERY CAPABLE. THE ONE PROBLEM I HAD IS THAT IT GET OFF BALANCE ONCE, BUT THE COMFORTER I WASHED IS EXTREMELY HEAVY WHEN WET. OVERALL, I AM VERY HAPPY.

We bought it for it's large capacity to be able to wash our comforters. And it has lots of options to choose from. So far we are satisfied and we haven't used all the options yet.

My wife is in love with new washer and dryer, she washes clothes everyday, she cannot stop washing clothes. The washer and dyer look great together, work very well in laundry room.

The good: super large, can handle king size comforters. The bad : always goes out of balance 9 of 10 times. Doesn't save water or energy since sometimes it will take 3 wash cycles to finish. Always need to set to extra water setting to make sure clothes get wet Doesn't rinse off soap well Just a frustrating experience to own.

Wash takes longer than old machine but new machine washes twice the amount of cloths. Works great, no complaints.

This is a very good machine. It's very quiet compare to the one I had before. You can wash anything in it, including very large comforters.

So far this washer is performing nicely. It is really amazing how little water this washing machine uses. Sometime when washing large items like our queen comforter the load gets unbalanced and we have to rearrange it.

Great value for washer that has lots of settings for optimal use. Clothes smell clean and washer doesn't make much noise while operating. Use HE detergent as directed.

Washer works Great! Does more than I wanted , but I still end up using most of the features. Bought it because the sale price was lower than the lesser model I was going to buy. I am very happy with the performance.

I would highly recommend this product to all consumers looking for LG washer. Also purchased matching LG dryer which works great, especially the steam fresh technology.
