Yeah it's a washing machine so big deal right? I'd say the same thing but I can't - this is really an awesome appliance. It holds a TON of clothes. We have 3 girls with their own sense of style and it holds just about every pair of jeans in the entire house at one time - never once asking for a break. it has really smart features, the lid locks when in service and it's QUIET! Which is big since our laundry room is right off the family room. My favorite feature about the washer that the drum is so deep, my wife has to use a little stool to reach the bottom. Yeah I know - not funny dude but I cannot help it!

Bought this to replace Samsung (recalled). Perfect size & bottom of tub is easily reached. Clothes come out extremely clean & love all cycle choices. We replaced all appliances in our home with Black Stainless Steel LG models.

This is the replacement washing machine for the Samsung Re-Call washing machine. This machine out performs the Samsung washing machine by far.

I love this washer, because it looks good, comfortable top-loading, very silent operation and great functionality. Easy to understand without studying the manual.

This product first appealed because of it sharp looks but then I discovered it had great features. Installed and now works great.

The extra large tub allows me to clean 3 times the normal size in the same amount of time. My clothes come out smelling and looking very clean. I haven't had it very long and still haven't used the steam feature yet. I can't wait to use it.

I had a front loader washer for years. But when it died, I replaced it with this washer. I was leery on buying this machine because the I thought that the front loader Is much better at washing clothes than the top loader. To my suprise, this model that I have washes the same way or even better. It is so quiet. You have to look to see if its running. Also, it is not prone to drum breakage like what happened to my fromt loader. I am glad I chose this machine.

This is the first washer I have ever bought. I am not fond of doing laundry and this makes it easy. Makes it easy to do 1 load. Has the ability to wash king size comforters. The drum is deep though. If you are short like me may need a step stool to get the little items out from the bottom to put in the dryer. Love the setup with the push buttons and front panel. Would have been 5 stars if the drum was not so deep.

Really like this washer. Loads of room, many different cycles, seems very water and energy efficient. Plus, the clear top lets you watch The Laundry Show!

Works well..have had trouble with the Power Cleanse Cycle..Kept Stopping.. had to cancel out and use regular cycle..other than that. no issues so far...Some cycles like OxySanitize will take longer than you may want....

Upgraded from a traditional center agitator washer. So much quieter. Clothes come out clean and almost dry. This cuts down on drying time too. Very happy with this washer. It looks awesome but works equally as well!

This is a great washing machine with a huge capacity. My only issue is that you really have to sort your laundry carefully. If anything with spots or visible dirt gets mixed in with the "delicates" the spot is always still there at the end of they cycle (but it comes right out on the "normal" cycle). So its been a bit of a learning curve figuring out which settings to use / how to sort the laundry to get the best results. But overall I can't complain!

This washing machine is great. It's large enough that we can finish all of our laundry in 2 loads instead of 4 or 5 and it can fit a comforter or sleeping bag in it. The only down side is that if you are short, a step stool may be needed to get clothes out of the bottom since the wash basin is pretty deep.

Love my new washer! Have had it for about a month now and it makes laundry fun!!! The capacity is HUGE and I love that I don't have to feel bad about doing a small load, because it only uses the amount of water necessary. Have been experimenting with different settings and they are all great. The cycle times are longer than a non-HE machine, but I recently started using the Turbo Wash feature which helps cut down the time. Very happy with this machine!!

My first washer developed a squeak after a month. I returned it for a replacement. So far no problems. It has a big tub, which I like. When washing heavy items it will stop if off balance. I have found that the new washers of today do this more than older machines used to. It has a lot of electronics, hopefully the circuit boards don't fail. This is the most expensive washer, but LG is supposed to be good.

We are, overall, quite satisfied with this LG washing machine, but it struggles with loads of towels, not big loads, average size loads of towels. It will stop prior to going into spin cycle and issue "LE" error code and then requires a reset. Recently we noticed that there is a gear grinding sound, and that may be at the root of the LE message. A decal on the front says it has a 10 year warranty on the motor, but I don't know if the gear grinding sound I hear is covered.
