We have no AC in our home. Bought this for our bedroom that has French doors. Closed our insulated curtains and stuck the hose out the bottom of doors. It has been a life saver. Cooled our room down for a nice comfortable sleep. Love it!

Power plug is too short. Only like 4 ft. I measured my living room and it came out to 350 sq ft. This couldn't get the temperature in the room from starting temp of 81C below 77C even at max power. Unit is very loud. Louder than my Insignia. Only two fan settings. Even when desired temperature is reached unit does not switch off. Compressor does, but then it stays on and keeps blowing air. The window mount is fiddly and the hose doesn't attach easily or securely. If you adjust the angle too much it will come off.

its more pricey than what is in stock, but the fridigairs have lousy review, and I am loyal at best buy even though a black and decker is offered much cheaper in home depot or amazon, the quality is what I am looking for, so I special ordered lg 1200 btu and quickly arrived, cools very quickly and powerful, very quiet, however the power plug is too short, I would have liked it as long as the hose provided about 6 feet. Easy to set up and work. I have almost everything LG at home and their products are awesome.

Noise level is within acceptable limits, it could be improved. Installation was not so difficult to handle. Insulation materials for frame quality needs to improve.

Cools well. A bit loud. It came damaged; however, bestbuy easily replaced.

It works great and fast only thing is it’s really loud

Needed to cool my garage to make a home office in South Florida. Easy to set up and I attached the exhaust hose to an existing vent in the garage. Gets the garage cool quickly and lasts all day!

Works well in a large room and easy to install and has good cooling effect.

I got this for my RV that we keep on the side of the house. We keep it plugged in with the air conditioners on, but it’s been so hot they run almost constantly. To keep from too much wear and tear on them we got this and it keeps the temperature down enough to stop excessive heat damage to the interior. It also reduced the electric bill.

Bought this product last summer and had no regrets. It was very quite and my guests were very cool and comfortable, that they are planning to purchase one this summer.

These have to be the worst instructions I've ever had to follow. Asking to put screws through things that don't have holes, doesn't tell you what kind of tools you'll need, it's been a nightmare trying to figure out. I would not recommend to anyone.

Junk mail - "You are terminated, hasta la vista baby". Perfect item to have to get rid of those annoying junk mail envelopes. It devours thick envelopes easily without getting jammed.

Good unit. Works well and looks sleek. Needs a 72" flexible exhaust duct instead of 48" provided to work in many situations. Also, no window adapters for awning or casement windows.

In a smaller room it will make it so cold you can cut glass with your nipples.

I have not used it much yet but it is working very well. I would have liked that the noise was a little less

We live in a small home and this did wonderful in our house. It kept use cool and did great for the summer.
